Silly Sneak is way too much underrated. Being in the dark and making no sound is so strong cause even if people know you activated it, in a chase, you just so hard to predict. And the best thing about it is the cooldown. When I’m using it, It’s regenerating so fast that it’s almost like there’s no cooldown. To me it’s definitely A tier if not S
Pro survivors hide when silly sneak is used but with brainiac that issue is solved but brainiac dosen't give u the extra speed boost from midnight.
I’d say A because the game announces that your silly sneaking which pretty much destroys the point

Squad Up fun fact: If you fix a generator alone, you still repair it 5% faster. It's 5% for every players fixing it, so either 5 if alone, 10 if 2 players and 15 if 3 players. 15% faster acts as if a 4th teammate was there too

to make terrifying presence better, they coulda slowed survivor movement maybe by 5% in fear aura instead of slowing stamina regen down

Adrenaline rush has gotta be S tier. The way I play is I keep Bonky on me and run around the fences and boxes, jumping over them, so I need stamina fast to continue the chase.
Silent but Deadly is actually a useful perk because, yes although you do get slow down, its only by a difference that you can barley notice. Also survivors don't even know you've arrived until you are close to them so that you can bonk them easily. In fact, in my first game off using it , people were accidently running into me for an easy bonk.

I use terrifying presence and it actually works very well. Just keep chasing after the person and they’ll get slow then you get them.
Another thing about the stop hitting yourself is it only get used twice and its never used again after 2 times

Imo from my own gameplay midway magic is VERY good that extra time and distance is so helpful especially with silly sneak you have so much time to prepare for a attack and squad up its just a must need perk it works on yourself btw and you don't understand how frustrating it is to play against people using it people can get the gen to at least 20 - 30% before you can even get to them and that's by themselves.

Brainiac, silly sneak is a good combo because u see the closest person and then sneak on them. What makes this combo better is u can do it once every 45 seconds. U can also add antio purple perk thingy to make this combo even better. So this is a late game strategy. But to control the early game use leaving so soon so u can see generators and bonk people. U can switch antio purple thingy for sabotage so u can make generators haywire.
I think midway magic is very good personally. For silly sneak especially. Silly sneak is only ten seconds and that adds five. It increases your ability by 50%. Radar by 20% which is pretty fair for a perk slot. And for bounce, yea I don't really know for this I have yet to try. I say it's at least a low A tier. Mainly because for radar its only 20% more.

in my opinon bonky bounce is the best because when you hit someone and they get a speed boost just bonky bounce and they wont escape you with thats with terrifing prescence and midway magic there dead
Tech whiz is actually the only counter (kinda) to haywire gens. So even if you mess up the haywire, it only drops 5% and is easily recoverable compared to 10%
Get hyped is a little useful in some situations, for example once a guy with that perk was healing me and bonky was close. He managed to heal me before bonky got him and we got the boost to run away.

my bonky build is bonky bounce, sabotage, swing and a miss, and midway magic. i went up against 3 level 50-60s and one level 40. only one of them escaped, it works good for me. i rarely loose. but also lobbies now are just junior accounts so. i dont really know if its as good as i think

Silent but deadly is actually really good, I used it yesterday and I can barely tell the speed difference and 50% reduced fear aura is also good for getting closer to survivors without them running out of sight
i just got it and thought it was really good, but its kinda eh tbh. the speed nerf is barely noticable at first, but you will start to see that survivors can get away easier. i personally loves the aura buff though, and would really like to see them remove the speed nerf to fix this perk. you do unlock it at level 40 too, makes no sense why it nerfs you
My bonky lineup is Sabotage, Power drain, danger in numbers, and clown radar
Almost impossible to lose with this, nobody can escape you, and doing generators is basically a death penalty
Mines the same but I use butterfly effect over power drain cause I don't have power drain

Brainiac in my opinion is going to be a good perk especially with silly sneak there’s no hiding yes it removes the midnight speed but your not gonna need it when your sneaking up on everyone

The only thing I disagree on is signal boost, I am biased for it, but if is helpful for making a getaway, so you don't ram into bonky, and you can let your teammates know where he is, which considering how long it lasts, gotta go in S, as it's one of my abilities that is a must use, but maybe it's just me.
If people have sabotage u can use tech whiz so it wont lose that much percentage in my opinion its a b ability

I will have big disagree on leaving so soon. It sounds super good on paper but when I used it 25% speed doesn’t feel as fast and the survivor will get the sound of you getting the sneak ability

I think brave scout is a little effective in public matches where nobody knows the map.
Edit: okay i didn't know about the hidden stat back then it still sucks
also i think clown radar is supposed to be a crutch for new players and i really think that if you use it and you're over level 36 you shouldn't use it

Squad up is def better than powering up in my opinion and silky sneak is better than Bonney bounce, my justification for silly sneak is 1. Guaranteed at least 1 bonk when you ambush people doing a generator and 2. You get to jumpscare people lol.
I’d probably shift some of these around by a tier, taking when you get them into account is interesting HOWEVER, you are HELLA sleeping on squad up, the perk is busted, way too good, but maybe it’s only that good in high level/competitive lobbies where Bonky is already at a disadvantage

Bonky Setup: Clown Radar; Gathering Storm, Danger In Numbers, Butterfly Effect.
Strategy: Patrol All 5 generators. If someone fails or danger in numbers activates, I go to the generator / nearby area to catch them, or just find them while patrolling. Use radar when chasing immediately before 1st Bonk. You then get the speed from gathering storm to chase them, and you still can see them because of the clown radar. Find them, and bonk them. Butterfly effect then scrambles the generators, meaning you can more easily find other players who are at generators. Either find which cage they're in, or patrol generators again. If they escape and you know where they are, head right over to finish them. Take a few mental notes about which generators they are heading for and use that in your patrolling routine. This strategy never fails me.
I don't have a proper survivor setup, I'll work on that at lvl 46.
Instead of using danger in numbers u can use leaving so soon. When a generator gets to 70% for the first time u can see it and sometimes people spread out and do generators by themselves. Or the 4 survivors go to different generators because they don't have comps.Overall good strategy for what u have.
