Congratulations, Bryony! And thanks for telling us all about it and sharing your portfolio with us. I’m Looking forward to reviewing the dashboard and learning more about people’s experiences with pelvic floor stuff when I can get on desktop!
I'm so happy for you getting this new job, especially with how challenging it is today! I'ms a bit sad we won't be getting regular videos anymore, but I fully expected this coming as very few people keep up youtube as a full time job for life 😅 I hope you will still update us from time to time and still do a mum journey series if/when TTC for baby #2, however that may happen 😊 Wishing you the best!
Great news on the new job! Well done! I’m a sahm currently and need/want to look into some sort of course to help me back into the world of paid work. Lack of confidence is definitely an issue for me. I never even thought about looking for funded training! So thanks for the idea. Good look with your career along the way!
With your interests in women's health, menstrual hygiene, child well-being etc I'm sure there would be great and fun jobs for you in the public health sphere too! Data analysis is definitely already a major part of that and will be increasingly important, so your skills are certainly needed :) All the best in your new job!
I’ve accidentally ended up as a data analyst, a career fell into from my organisation being amazing and investing in training. It’s the last job I saw myself doing but I find it very interesting. Power Bi has become my life 😂😂
Actually, i believe your business background is your leverage. Higher education is good only to show that you are able to complete what you start. At least in western world it doesn’t have much more value than that (other than networking if you go to a better school/university). It’s needed to work in public sector but in private sector it has little value. Having had a successful business for the past 10 years has much more value because you gained so much skills that employers find useful, you’re driven, inventive, seeking solutions, etc.
Interesting, thanks for the overview of your course! I'm also thinking of doing a slight career change, maybe into a similar field. This might be something to consider, I would like to learn more about Python/SQL (I'm mainly proficient in Matlab)
Isn’t that a bit of a privacy breech in this day and age that students have to have their face on the camera recording? Maybe I misunderstood that part

At the same time, people that have run/run companies might not be the best/easiest employees. It really depends on the person.
Oh and congrats on your new job! 🎉🎉🎉
