However, people involved with the egg industry stepped in & prices have been going back to normal. I haven't heard a customer complain about egg prices in a few weeks now.

But we have cookies and baked potato and for the time I was working there we'd have a new type of meat every few months. The issue with Subway isn't really the food. It's the way how we workers were treaded and how store managers circumvented certain food safety procedures that wouldn't result in a health inspection violation if it was done without the inspectors knowing. Things like food trays not being properly washed. Certain knives that would be used for meats and vegetarian foods. There were parts of the restaurant full with mold but was never checked for some reason. There was even more mold in the oven especially the part where the frozen bread sticks get prewarmed before baking. That thing is full of mold in the concers. It was disgusting. Ultimately I left because I finished studying and got a job for the government and also because my boss was a hypocrite mentally unstable man who would stress me out to such an extent I nearly had a heart attack at one point and I wasn't even 25 at that time!! I've been working since the age of 14 doing many different things, helping out farmers, working on an electronics manufacturer and soldering parts onto PCBs, working at a beverage store. Always needed to change jobs due to the things closing down or moving or issues with my timetable. And Subway was the worst experience. Fuck that company.
