Fear of litigation with the onset of mobile “camera” phones and the interdiction of body-worn cameras, their being held accountable long may it continue. They are public servants, serving the public and supplying a public service. Always record your public servants in the course of their duty! Keep them accountable. Make them UA-cam global viral stars!
Police service is being demoralised by the political parties in Ireland. We have gone from the Gardai being the law, to the Gardai being servents. Every criminal in the country has more rights and respect from the judiciary than the ordinary person, or the Gardai has. Gardai trying to appease criminals, trying to be almost pals with them. This has led to the public feeling let down by the law, and Gardai . And now our politicians are trying to recruit in Pakistan, how much of a kick in the fork is that for serving officers ?
Enforcing unjust victimless crimes must contribute to the frustration felt by the force, destroying the lives of vulnerable people surely doesn't inspire justice! Why don't former members join campaigns to change unjust enforcement of laws? Like Neil Woods in the UK, he could provide many opportunities for former members! #EndProhibitionPolicy
Good to hear you mention discretion, exactly whats corrupted and now destroyed! Your spot on with the loss of relationship with the public, why not support others fighting for safer communities when you leave the system? Less talk maybe, more community engagement and support, with discretion!
Well heres an open invitation to any former members of the force interested in helping with the campaign for the personal right of autonomy! #WexfordCannabisClub
What works is treat people with respect. They stop you on the road at checkpoints. Where are you going, what are you doing out at this hour of the night, what do you work at? None of their business. They go out and set up checkpoints to make the roads safer. The first thing they check is Tax and Insurance. Will 2 little pieces of paper on the windscreen lessen the impact if I drive my car into them? Road Pirates, that's all they are.
Yes the two little pieces of paper will definitely make you a better drive, if you crash with no insurance YOU will flee the scene and screw the other driver, YOU are also more likely to drink drive drug drive and other reckless criminal behaviour. If you gave no insurance you are more likely to criminal and reckless. What type if people drive around with no insurance, it's a crime
