That residential complex was built in a space that was originally intended for a new parallel runway construction, properly spaced form the main existing runway (10L-28R). But unfortunatelly, that projection was dropped and multiple constructions took place there. The actual runway 10R-28L was originally a taxiway (F), not sufficiently separated from the main 10L-28R runway to bear parallel operations. In fact, I think this secondary runway hasn't entered in operation yet since its accommodation 3 years ago.

Did they do a crossbleed start?
Yes. In 2:27 he said that will spool up engine 1 for engine 2 start in crossbleed (encendido cruzado).

If you compare this to many other similar videos, I'm confident you'll be able to figure it out
@RichardAsberg Consider that the world is generally skeptical about Venezuelan aviation. These pilots are on showcase for the world to see, representing their company. It would probably be best to err on the side of being conservative, professional, and 'boring'. It is, after all, only a 25-minute flight.
I never suggested for the captain to tell jokes or act like a clown. What I did feel though watching this clip is I would have felt a bit uneasy being the FO and sitting next to a captain barely saying a single word to me other than the required bits such as going through the checklists and responding to ATC. Surely you can be a bit more social with your colleagues without being unprofessional. If you ask me, I would go as far as saying that would be more professional and also increase safety by contributing to a more relaxed and good feeling in the cockpit.
But hey, what do I know. We all have bad days when we don't feel like socialising and maybe this was one of those days for this captain.
My comment was nothing but my personal reaction after watching this clip and again, after being used to other similar video clips from the cockpit where the mood and spirit seen mostly is very different from what was seen here.
This video was recorded at below 10 thousand feet for take off and landing. They are all business below 10 thousand feet.

Terrible camera angle. I think most of us here would want to see the cockpit and what’s being pressed, not what the pilots look like.
