Great video! Easier than I expected, took 5 minutes. Couple tips: - use a foam earplug to block reservoir, it’s a cheap solution - only took 1 quart to get clean fluid running out, I have an ‘06 Vibe
I've recently done two power steering flushes based off this video. Thank you for such a good presentation. Even found the same great funnel! I drilled a 3/8 hole in a pair of 1 gallon jug caps and have the dirty fluid going into the jugs directly
An alternative to jacking the vehicle up is layering two sheets of cardboard on top of each other, one set for each wheel, and rolling onto them. That way, while turning the wheel, the cardboard will slide against each other instead of your tires against the asphalt.
Great thanks for the info recently replace my expedition daily driver with a vibe and retired the expo for weekend boat hauling I have an 08 vibe with 95k on it
Question please When u done flushing n start the engine u turn to right lack n left lack we hear sound is that normal cuz I got same sound on my Corolla 2005 ? Thank you
Hey i bought 3/8 inch inner diameter vinyl hose and 3/8 inch brass fitting. The brass fitting is very loose when connected to the tube unlike the one you used in your video. Are you sure it is a 3/8 inch brass fitting?
Did you figure it out? I'm trying to see what i need to get as well. So i would get 3/8 coupler, but the piping i get for it needs to be 3/8 od but smaller for inner diameter correct

There aren't many of us Vibe drivers out there anymore. Keep it going!
@@thebern2003which is kinda sad. Where the hell did they all go since they literally will last forever. Kinda blows my mind
I've looked at many videos while deciding how I want to do this and I'm going to do it this way. Well done.

This is by far the simplest/best method I’ve used so far!
Excellent video. Very complete instructions. Thanks for posting!
