I wish the Post office I work at had these things... If this comment gets to anyone I would like to say that my vehicle is u as usually full so it gets pretty hard for us to do pick ups for home businesses in the rural areas... It gets pretty rough to do alot when we have to use our own vehicles... It delays our deliveries at big offices and If y'all can do that for us we'd greatly appreciate it ❤️❤️ help us, help you all ☺️
I always bring my mail in. SSK sucks sometimes and IS slower depending on location, now I make 1-2 trips DAILY minus Sundays lol. If I go to the distribution center 15 mins away and use the SSK it’s processed MUCH quicker. If I go after hours to the now nearest location that sends the package to that same distribution center and they have a SSK with collection times of 12:45 and 5 PM, there’s no movement or scan in until it usually reaches the actual distribution center and departs it the NEXT time, also homeless dudes chillin in the lobby last night about 1k worth of product was dropped off in the box lol this thing is solid and you would rip your fingers off getting in it so I DOUBT although with a wire hanger or something anything is possible lol anyone is stealing it. Now when I go during business hours to a local branch (conveniently open during my work hours …. luckily my job is chill lol but come on) if there’s a line out the door, I’m using the SSK that has been moving quick rather but I really love to go to the distribution center same day, 8:55 PM with prepaid postage and have a clerk scan it. BOOM receipt (sometimes the SSK only does email receipt which is fine) you KNOW the clerk has it, and the most I have ever dropped off to a clerk was 17 and no one behind me. Done before their shift at 9, I hand Express first Priority after. Sometimes other branches SUCK and a package is delayed which is that locations problem, some times USPS is bad for a week for everyone in the USA. Overall you guys have not lost any packages of 1500+, sometimes a bitch ass delivery driver will say a dog is in the way or be petty, things get held back / delayed etc etc. overall USPS is pretty good. Cheapest rates for sure free packaging can’t complain thanks for the service man
El otro dia un señor escaneo y no supe ni q hizo el otro dia mi nino deposito un paquete 📦 y dicen q no se recibió hoy fui y dicen q no se escaneo q aya anda de aqui para aya sin ser escaneado mejor usar la maquina o el mostrador porque eso q la clienta te diga en donde esta su paquete es preocupante cuando no tienes pruebas de que realmente lo depositaste mejor hacer linea o usar esta maquina para el recibo
What places can you go to that have these? The closest post office that I frequent doesn't have this, and I could really use this cuz I've recently gotten into online selling and many of the things I sell are big and bulky.

@@steezyg1665 Anything e-commerce can burn you out depending on industry literally if I do not ship same day or day after I’m a scammer with a ‘label created’ when I used to not use a Kiosk and use the ‘prepaid drop off area’ totally ducked me cause those don’t scan till they leave a distribution center. Rinse and repeat customer emailing me I DONT SEE ANY UPDATE WHATS GOING ON?!!!!!!! lol then they buy again. Whatever you spent $250+ for $30 worth of stuff… come again

The kiosks do not count as a verified scan and you wont be able to claim insurance if its lost.
Really ? What’s the point then? So if you have like 20 packages for customers it’s best to wait in line all the time ?
