The music is from a Traditional Khmer band that was formed after the Khmer Rouge were forced out of Cambodia, all members are amputees from land mines who prefer to play music then beg to survive. They are very talented. The Beagle near the end was a drug sniffing dog I met at the Bangkok Airport. =)
