    I think vm and Im is practical case while Voc and Isc will be for ideal case u mentioned ulta sir...

    Sir, one doubt is there. Diffusion is due to the movement of charge carriers from higher concentration to lower concentration. Then why the charge carriers that are generated in the quasi neutral region move towards the higher concentration. Like holes are moving towards the p-side but it should move to the n side.
