The best esthetically $33 per night HOWEVER $45 has the outside space which sold me. I love my outdoor space!! I can work with both of those ABAB. 0:12 Thanks for this vlog
Wow really? Your first time? Congratulations on making it possible to come and visit the motherland. If you count your dollars they will take you a long way.
Wow definitely need the Wifi, love that out door space. Osu, I hear is the place to be. So I don't know, lol. Coming there in April, would like to get the location info.
Thanks for watching. Hope to see you here enjoying in April here’s the link to the $33 www.airbnb.com/rooms/1007722416290181376?adults=1&location=Accra%2C%20Greater%20Accra%20Region%2C%20Ghana&check_in=2024-03-01&check_out=2024-03-03&source_impression_id=p3_1709286779_H3lBxE2NXdbivDzd&previous_page_section_name=1001
Yes the generator was a plus for the other one and no there was no how water 😂 you can’t have everything for $33 😆 but due to the heat the poly tanks had the sun beaming on it so it was Luke warm.
This place is really cute!! I will definitely look into investing in Airbnb...that's a great investment to keep money coming in your pocket...Sorry, but his AIRBNB LOOKS BETTER HE ALSO HAS A GENERATOR...THAT'S A PLUS but his AIRBNB is a little more pricey than yours...so I would stay in yours because of the price
@@webelonginafrica44you know we’ve stayed at 2 Airbnbs in Accra and both had washers. But guess what? They’re combos…washer and dryer combo. Please check your washer because I’m beginning to think the Accra renters forget to tell guests that the washers dry as well.
$32 a night is a pretty good income stream coming in for the first spot you showed. $229 dollars a week if you can rent it out every day. Definitely is a good investment.
Yes that’s what I said. It’s almost that $300 a week we was talking about. So my thing is, it’s just a tiny little place that was cut off from the main house. That had its own main gate and place to park a car. Imagine making 2 or 3 of these from that same house. Then we’ll be cooking with some good oil no doubt.
@@webelonginafrica44 even if you rent at 50% capacity with 3 of these your still at 290 dollars a week which puts you in range of a good quality life in Ghana. I guess if you can keep the initial build of the units under 50k, you will start to see a return on investment in under 4 years which is amazing. In Atlanta right now if you buy a house cash you won’t start to see a return on investment in at least 15 years. I don’t have 250k for a new house or 15 years so this sounds like a way better investment if you ask me.
Great idea is everything on One 70x100 plot of land? I would like to see the gate and separation. I have a similar idea but I want to put it on my half of plot and use the one plot for myself.
I subscribed because I like it when you say we belong in Africa. It time to do for us what we helped the white man to do which we don't get credit for anyways.
Thanks for Subscribing. We do belong in Africa. We need all that expertise, blood and sweat that we filled America with and transfer it over to Africa.
I am very proud of what you have accomplished. When I visit I will bring a plant. It just needs some plants and maybe pictures on the wall. We women like details is all 😊
Thanks very much. My own Airbnb is not complete yet. These two spots In the video is just some spots we found right near the party strip for some very reasonable prices. I just had to share them with everyone because people are coming to pay for expensive Airbnb that don’t look as nice as these. I’ll still take those plants 🪴 at my place lol
Definitely the $45, back up generator and a little patio to sit out and chill. H-Town in the house. Enjoy your stay
That patio was giving.
Yeah mine was better😂
Proud of both of you!
Thank you ❤

Thanks for watching. The $33 had an outside space that could be nice if it had nice patio furniture.
This will be my first visit to the continent and I’ll be counting every dollar 🥳
I’m impressed with what I seen so far.

This is dope.... I love it but I think the 30 bucks one looks more excellent for me...that's me though 😂😂😂
Same here 🙈
Wifi is a must mandatory
Most definitely
I like the first one the best but i love that patio on the second one too.
This one would be really nice if they put better patio furniture out and added a generator lol
Great content. Always waiting for your next video. Love your channel.
Thanks so much for your support.
Proud of our brothers..yeaaahhh y'all Winning!
Thanks fam
Beautiful.
Thank you! Cheers!
I prefer the $45 unit because of the outside seating and generator.
Beautiful African 👌🏾
They both are cute but I like the first one better the price & all 🎉🎉 On my way! Home!

I like the first one!
Yes I really liked that one also.
Nice space
Are their plots of land for sale in the area where you've built your home? If so, how much? What's the size of the plot that you've purchased?
There are no plots available in my area. More developed areas can be around 6 to 8 thousand dollars. None developed can be 3 to 5 thousand for 80x90
❤❤❤1 2nd is nice too.
I know right lol
King I love the flow and scheme of yours but I like the security of having a generator. Do they have hot water?

how much money do i need to get an apartment just to start
It depends on the area. You can get some very nice ones for about 50 bucks a month paying 1 to 2 years up front. I’ll find some to do a video on.
