Hey bro, sam(the born artist) came to liberia and did a very great job on my property..without your channel,i wouldnt have known about him. Thanks again..i hope you post his content of my place soon.
Oh bro thank you for coming to Ghana then taking him back to Liberia with you. Yes he showed me your place and it looks very nice bro. I love the pop work they did in your living room. I will edit it nice and post it hopefully before the week is over.
It’s good to your vision coming to pass‼️‼️‼️💯💯💯 Working like a Hebrew -/ is paying off! Keep sharing your experiences with others, I’m praying that our young males will watch your videos as well as others from the states and catch on fire 🔥, and begin to make positive changes in their lives… Be blessed ❤️❤️
Thank you. Yes it’s really coming to pass. I’m hoping to inspire those younger ones because they are the future and could really come and make a difference.
Glad to hear your voice. You are really working hard and everything is going to turn out amazing. Hard work putting in those hours really will pay off and we all will be inspired. At least I will lol 🎉. I am rooting for you 💪🏽
Congratulations- that's a bit high for me!! 😂 The views over the edge!! The neighborhood looks terrific. You've chosen well. Im back this month. I completed our works two years back. I want to improve the porch this autumn.
Thanks so much! 😊 it’s not that high lol but I’m glad you have completed yours. There is still plenty work that I need to do to my main house like take all those old cheap windows out and put in quality ones. I have never even finished my kitchen because someone chose the tiles for me and it looks like something my great great grandmother chose 😂
Heyyyy friend!!! I see you getting things together to head back. Dedication pays off. Bring back 2 WFH jobs as a supplement. God bless you and that that beautiful babygirl! 🙌🏾🥰
Wow love your focus going forward and you don’t allowed some black Americans talking bad and destroying motherland name get you. We are proud of you. You blessed mother land and motherland blessed you too.
Thank you so much. Oh I have heard plenty of bad talk and I do my research and ignore a lot of the stupidity being put out. Many of them bring problems on themselves then play victim. I mean I know there are some things that actually happen but there is no need to act like there aren’t great things that happen as well.
There needs to be a balance from thinking Wakanda is real and those who think we all live in slums or huts. Tiffany Haddish being surprised by supermarkets was eye opening.
@@webelonginafrica44yes bro! See how u get me with your twi. I was so afraid that, u wouldve forgotten all the effort you made in learning it. Good job. I'm proud. Ayekoo! I was wondering what happened, thought u disappeared on us. Whatever happened to your semi truck that had to stop going on the road a while back. Hope all the kids are ok. I know u got your work cut out for u with this building, but as we've known a bit about u with your southern grit and African "mogya"(blood), we didn't expect any less from u. Look what u done already! I'm so proud of u, I could cry! Congrats!
I have gotten them both fixed but still needing a couple more tires on them both. They are so expensive. Unfortunately someone stole all 4 batteries off of the one I had fixed first, plus my airlines. I have had many challenges that I have not spoke about. I really hate this place. You can’t have nothing here. 🥵😩
@@webelonginafrica44 aaww, me nua! Kafra kafra wai. Now I really have tears!! Noooooo!! Geez! I should hear me yell out loud as I shout and trying to stop the tears! Damnnn! I swear, being an adult is the shit! I always say, no one told us that adulthood is so hard! U had to reluctantly return to Babylon, just to finish this building and check in on the kids, make sure everyone is where they supposed to be, do what they supposed to do, etc., now this about the trucks? U still need those trucks to be able to generate some dollars while u are in Ghana, which was such a brilliant idea that most Americans don't think about when they move to the continent, and with your smarts, u did the right thing, now look!! Why why why??!! Why can't we ever have nothing good?! U are not going to be there for a couple of years or nothing, just a few budgeted months, calculated every penny and where its supposed to go, so u can get outta there fast, so all this issue with the truck is just some stupid "unbudgeted expense" like my mom would say! Damn!, 😫😫😫!! I have to stop typing! 😭😭
@@christinemcdonald1943 oh ok I have a friend that lives there. I’ve never been there myself though. It’s about a hour and a half from me or something like that.
@@webelonginafrica44 Wow Kumasi is a Hugh place I see. Love what your doing. I knew when you left there, you wasn't playing. Can't wait to see the finished project.
@@christinemcdonald1943 yes I came for strictly business. The windows and burglar proof will be happening in the next couple of weeks so stay tuned please.
It looking good, but I would advise you return in 4 weeks instead of 10 to ensure all the materials you paid for have been purchased and be on ground whilst you task your builders to complete the work with materials already purchased. Never pay too much money to contractors to purchase building materials at any time. I would put a limit on the percentage of no more 15% advance payment to a builder for any reason.
The materials I paid for are already at my house. I was waiting for them to complete the plastering. Oh I have a trusted brother overseeing the project as well. The thing is I need the 10 weeks pay so I must complete the 10 weeks. When the dollar changes the price goes up about 2000 Gh during the increments. Depending on how long it takes for me to get the money. I actually have all the materials paid for instead of the Pop and light fixtures and miscellaneous.
@@webelonginafrica44 Even the most trusted brothers should not be tested with too much temptation. You should still consider breaking those 10 weeks up, so that you come in 4-5weeks be on ground for some weeks for the build to use up materials purchased before going to the states for some weeks to make more money and then fly back Ghana to purchase next batch of materials and supervise the next stage of the build. Yes I realise you may spend extra on flight tickets but it could potentially save you a fortune and ensure your instructions are followed more precisely by the builders.
Then I’m sure it’s just the glance because the stairs are perfect lol can you tell me what faults do you see? I have one of the best construction teams on this project trust me. Just stay tuned. But I’m waiting to hear the fault you see.

No it’s around Kumasi
