@@J-Max51 once you get in the hot spring your pawn or pawns will automatically join you, if your pawn is of the opposite gender, they will be in said genders side of the hot spring.
I understand that this also affects a bit the dialogue on "true ending" XD . BTW feel free to jump on the opposite side of the hot srpings. You can aslo do some chatter there as well as find most of your high affinity NPCs v: (in my case was Ursula, The violinst girl in the tabern and the main elf NPC)
My pawn keeps telling me they preferer being a thief but the like the idea of protecting me with a shield, Any chance they get they tell me I should be a Sorcerer and we need more frontline so demanding.
When I was trying to get the achievement for Plenty Arisen to Go Round I had some nuns show up at my house fighting for my attention. Well I went to sleep and as I left the house, leaving the fighting nuns inside, my pawn said "I must admit, I'd thought this place we alone might share." I just love little details like this. 🥰

@@TheRoundTableHold Yep, the nun fight club in Vermund and in Battahl I have another fight club with the forbidden magic research lab members🤣How do they get jealous? I've only gotten the comments when leaving the home. I've also noticed Glyndwyr scowling at my pawn.
hope they add more to these details to this in future! especially since it is your main pawn this is the one you meet at start of game and are supposed to run with for the full game objectively they are the hardest to romance because all the other characters are sold after passing 200 affinity pawn takes 600 pawn is best boy/girl
Yeah I hope so too! Hopefully they change the carrying animation for carrying your main pawn in your arms, they still fight their way out of your hold even at high affinity🤣 main pawn = real ride or die for sure!
My affinity is so high with my pawn that one time she died, she used the "now that I recall" dialogue. She then started rambling about how bad she felt on failing us as another pawn told her not to mind and learn from it to keep looking forward (not exact words but the idea in general) That moment was amazing. That's why this made me cry under certain and very specific ending circumstances :'v
Yes! Some of their dialogue is incredibly engaging, then they just revert to their generic pawn banter lol. But yeah I love when they have those realistic conversations with each other.
I did solo pawn run in my fresh 2nd playthru, I didn't realized what I do but her affinity increased as long as the journey continues, also when I use curative spellbook to her she's blushing heavily lol.
Use the command to call your pawn to you, when you get on the ox cart give your pawn some time to sit before dozing off, make sure they’re close by you when you board the cart, if none of that works try picking them up & bringing them to the cart & eventually they’ll learn to do it on their own. Hopefully this helps!
@@coolorochi sometimes they bug trying to jump in with you. If it happens make sure to get up and sit back again. If your main pawn is having issues give a little help carryng them on the back of the oxcart and sit inmediately so they sit with you as well. Take in mind this only works if the oxcart sit at your right is empty.
Wasn't aware about the Sphinx part. I just assumed that one riddle where you had to present someone I thought the Sphinx was gonna one shot kill a Pawn so I just grabbed one of my support Pawns instead.

Isn't 1:30 more to do with inclinations rather than affinity? My straightforward pawn will jump on stuff all the time, but the random kindhearted mage I hired would jump/shove/grapple things only when I got hit by something. Like, it looks like she went up to it after you got hit.
I was trying to get my pawns affinity up and nothing showed until I got the quest, "Where The Hearth Is". Ulrika spent the night with me in Melve and again in Harve. The next day, I went to Vernworth. There was Ulrika, waiting at my home, wanting me to escort her back to Harve. Typical of a female to travel all the way from Harve, only to ask me to escort her back. Deviuos! So, we rode a cart back, I got on and sat down, and Ulrika jumped onto the end of the cart. She was standing there while we were moving and then My pawn, 69, jumped onto the cart and then sat next to me forcing Ulika to sit next to her. 69 was sitting between Ulrika and me. We rode that way for a while and Ulrika wasn't very pleased. She finally stood up, with her arms folded, glaring down at 69. It was hilarious.

When your character sits, they become a bumpkin, non-moving and for a good 5 mins, 69 was staring at me with red-face just gushing at me. I did get a screenie of this and posted it on Reddit. 😅
Yeah it can be hard to recreate moments in the game since a lot of activity is RNG. I’ve never had that happen at camp, once my pawns get comfortable that’s it lol, I didn’t know they could move around camp. Try resting at your house with your romance to trigger the dialogue with your pawn getting jealous, if you haven’t already. It’s pretty subtle but it’s a nice lil detail.

When I went to play plack the recording I was getting this horrible echo. Have to figure out why and stop it. It's not bad enough that I have a soft voice that's hard to capture then this. I got that last line and I still haven't talked to the Sphinx, I'm pretty sure it's a high affinity line. Something I noticed if you make your pawn wear skimpy armor is that they get battle scars after awhile and support pawns will take notice and may admire them
Nowhere in the video states that you have to present your pawn to the sphinx in order to get said dialogue line? lol. I have a list of things that can raise pawn affinity & presenting your pawn to the sphinx is one of them on the list. Also great observation but that’s not necessarily the case. Your pawn simply gains scars from battle or falling in battle, they don’t have to wear skimpy clothes to get battle scars or that line from other pawns. I recently got the line you speak of & my pawn was fully clothed. It is a cool line though, like they’re sharing war stories.
I had trouble reading the text in red cause I'm watching from mobile and likely misread it. My phone isn't big enough to read that font size very well. And I just got a line from my pawn saying that she thought she was meant to be a master of the bow, laughed, then said but now that she's a warrior nothing will stand in her way. Wasn't expecting a line related to switching their vocations

The pawn dialogue is a huge upgrade from the first game, they have something to say for almost any situation!
I think pawn know its bad to have emotion for their arisen if you know what i'm talking about... Daimon in DD:DA is the good exemple of why pawn and arisen must not be in love 😅. Thats why pawn look away when you look at them.
@@TheRoundTableHold and i think the blushing is seeing only by the player, not your character just to tell you your affinity is max and the npc really show proof of love with you so you can carry them like princess but the pawn is hiding the feeling toward you so technicly you don't know they love you. Btw in the unmoored world one of my pawn say "what can we do to stop the end of the world?" (Something like that) and my main pawn say "idk, i really don't want to die with regret." Those words say everything like, a pawn scared of death and having regret ? And the regret was 100% the fact she don't want to die before telling what she feel about you, she want to say "i love you" before dying and its beautiful ! 🥲.
Friend of mine was so sad her best boy caught the plague, she picked her pawn up and walked into the Brine carrying him in her arms. It was kind of beautiful.
Yes, them falling in battle doesn’t count. But anytime you have to revive your pawn at the rift, it counts as a death for them. So yes brine cleansing’s will lower affinity unfortunately.
@@TheRoundTableHold I have a couple of thoughts about this. 1. In NG, affinity was high too. 2. In NG my answer to the riddle was a pawn. 3. In NG+, I put all the quests aside and just explored the places that NG didn’t see. This means that I had a high level affinity only with a pawn in NG+. Maybe it will help you if you want check it.
Mute pawns all the way! I literally turned the dialogue volume to zero before discovering those. Don’t know what those 🤡🤡🤡 of a devs were thinking while putting the same fonkin 5 dialogue lines in never ending loop.
I think medium affinity does have blushing, it’s just random. My pawn did this and I thought I high affinity. But i talked to her again and she didn’t do it. But talked to her like a bunch more and she eventually did it again. Idk I think it’s just random 🫠

I had max affinity, but nobody ever ride the oxcart with me.

To be fair, Daimon's transformation was more due to him being unable to choose between his Pawn and the Dragon rather than just Pawn romance.

My pawn is possibly mad at me. Dragons plauge though, what I am to do but just to let death take the pawn. It failed. I am sorry they where sick.

My high affinity pawn approached the sphinx without my help after I listened to the riddle of madness.(NG+)I don't know why or if this is a bug.
