11:56 +/- 10 knots above the stall? 🤨 hahahahaha. Actually talked with a DPE about this after one of my students’ checkrides. It’s very subjective, but he said he sees a lot of applicants afraid of the horn/buffet at the end of the maneuver so they push the nose down
Yeah I agree, crazy how many instructors teach slow flight at “55 knots” when in reality there’s at least 10kts more to get out of it. Translates later into chandelles and how dangerous it becomes when they keep yanking uncoordinated.
