Surely not. The plastic bushing ID is not 1/2" to match the arbor so another bushing would have to been added, which is why I made a proper steel bushing. Plus to leave the plastic bushing would have required me to leave the pop in garbage flange. No thanks.

From the reviews I have read on Amazon, some angle grinder wire wheels made by Dewalt and others shoot out wires from the start, so you are lucky this lasted a whole year! I'm really grateful you made this video. I thought if Dewalt wheels were so bad, Harbor Freight could not possibly be better, but happy to hear of your good experience! I do not understand why you changed the cheap metal 'bushings' on the new wire wheel? What would happen if you left them on and added the metal plate on top like you did?

No I don't sell the bushings. Those tools are from Knipex. Brilliant tools from Germany.

They were not the right size for the threaded shaft I added to the arbor. That is why I make the steel hub.
