My back did not crack, but my humiliation and pure embarrassment did crack after a family member walked in on me looking like a dying cat on the floor.
I just tried it. Was amazing. Didn't just crack my back, but felt stretching in areas I've never stretched before in my back. Thanks for the tutorial!!
Ok! I’ve tried, did the leg thing, put the arm as it shows but I gotten stuck with that part. Lol the twisting was impossible for me. I will keep trying, though…
Omg thank you 🙏🏾 for this. This was sent from Heaven above. I have a herniated back and could not get comfortable all night and all morning. I was trying stretching 🙆🏾♀️ all ways but couldn’t find the correct way to stretch to ease the pain. And then this video miraculously popped up on my stream. I did it and it took all the pain away. I am so very grateful and I subscribed.
It works to just lay on one side and extend the opposite leg over as far as possible to the side you’re facing while on a bed or flat on the ground. I always get a deep stretch and crack at that lower part of my back every time. Feels amazing! 👌👌👌
I actually had a small crack in my back that was actually killing me anytime I turned and everything I knew and tried did not work, stumbled upon this video and it worked like a charm, surprisingly there was no sound of a crack or pop but the relief after was amazing. Thanks!
I did this as I'm watching, and this is 💯 truly life-changing!! I laughed as my back cracked. It gave me the feeling of buying a product, and it actually performed as advertised!! 😂😂😂
Same here right side of my back hurts so bad after doing this. These kind of videos are so misleading and can cause serious injuries i hope no one gets hurt by trying this
This video was randomly recommended a few months ago. I tried it then and was surprised as someone who never cracks any of there bones that it worked. My lower back has been aching for a few days after starting to work out last week 🥴 so I came back hoping for some relief. My back didn’t pop this time but the stretch helped with the pain. Thanks from someone new to the pains of being in their 30s! 😂
I hang from a pull-up bar everyday. It decompresses my back, improves shoulder mobility and as I'm able to hang for over 2 minutes , my grip is stronger. I'm 65 and my back doesn't need to be "released".
Holy crap it worked! Not a full release, but I've got this one spot in my lower back that always gives me trouble. I can usually pop it a different way, but haven't been able to for a couple weeks. That one spot released with this move and I can already feel the difference.
i dont know, never believed any of these videos but always get curious this was the first one that actually worked for me and even got some cracking, feel like a new man now back pain ive had for about a week is gone thanks
Do NOT practice this if your mattress is soft. Make sure your mattress is firm in order to prevent stress on your joints by not letting them sink in. They NEED support. Best to try this on a mat, can place a blanket under the mat if some cushioning is required. Be safe!
