This is how we wash and pack salad greens mix

We harvest lettuce and other greens in the field, then we rinse and pack it. The greens are harvested with a knife, or with a quick-cut greens harvester. The spinning is carried out using a 5 gallon "Dynamic" brand salad spinner.
