Please don't be using rubber spoons for deep frying or cooking stews and soups generally You can fry eggs or omelette with them That's all I see in most of your videos I have watched And I have also noticed you like everything chunky, when you cut your onions, your eggplant/garden eggs, cabbages and sometimes your okro Love it too Also the oil content in most of your preparations is very low and healthy.
