You need someone there to give you instructions and guide you." And then the caterer said, "You know, I'm beginning to see why you work so many wedding receptions." What does his comeback mean? I think it was because he might be very big on logistics, communication and stern. To handle wedding receptions, you need a lot of patience and grit.
