Hey guys! I'm getting a lot of questions about the flowers I used. Unfortunately I don't know where they're originally from because I got them second hand from a friend and she bought them second hand as well. I did pick up some extra flowers from Michaels, Walmart, and the Dollar Store for extra little details. Also try checking in your city for used wedding decor facebook groups! Often people sell their decor for really great prices, and you can rework it into something that suits you! Hope this helps XO
thats because nothing about this is diy.... 1st one, didnt make any of the flowers, bought the tablenumbers, even just bought the box and the flowerholder.... its ikea diy, but definitely not the real deal. would have liked to see them actually make something, like diy box with diy flowers as a centrepiece. its pretty, but its not that do it yourselfy
5 Years later and still SO so helpful! I am using the same wedding colors for my upcoming wedding in May-- and I will be stealing this DIY Centerpiece design! Thank you so much for the affordable Inspo✨
This is what I am trying to get my daughter's fiance to realize lol!!! At the bridal shower they had no idea I made everything & they loved it all also want to use the bottles I made for the actual wedding deciding on the other decorations I made! It just makes no sense to spend money on things that can be made looking beautiful
Wow I'm so surprised by how beautiful those flowers turned out! I'm such a fan of real flowers, and I was kinda opposed to using fake flowers for my wedding, but after seeing how elegant and beautiful your centerpieces came out and the welcome sign, using fake flowers is something I might consider! I also really really loved the idea of the Bucket List with the sign in guest list. Such a fun and creative idea!!
Definitely using the map idea! My theme is all about the places we’ve traveled together, my tables are named after each city we’ve seen together.. so this will match perfectly ❤ thanks
I am so glad you did this video. I will be doing this for my wedding. I am not a girlie girl by any stretch of the imagination, lol. It is simple elegant and my colors are all whites and Ivories.....No color. This is so me.... Thank you so so so much! I was getting frustrated, lol...
I saw on the first episode of cheapest weddings, one of the bride's bouquets kept falling apart using the method of the bouquet foam thingy. Might wanna mention not to cut the stems too short so that it will hold in the foam thingy.
Oh no way! Guess it depends on the foam too! My friend used them for her wedding and it was fine, but I just had them in the centrepieces so I didn't really have to worry too much. A glue gun would always be a safe bet to make sure they don't go anywhere!
@@byerinelizabeth I agree, you can put a bit of glue at the base of the stem before you put it in the foam. Florists actually do this with real flowers and glue made specially for flowers, for instances when the foam is very short or something like a special cascade bouquet holder.
Looking for diy bits for my wedding and these are super cute. I then went to read tour description then see your name My name is also Erin Elizabeth. Thought it was worth a mention. :)
In case anyone else was wondering, the centerpieces will run you about 27-35 per unit depending on how expensive you go with the flowers and the table numbers.
I read in the comments she bought the flowers second hand, or something like that. Which is a great idea. Otherwise I agree, nice faux flowers actually cost almost as much as fresh flowers. The only thing they offer is the convenience of doing it ahead of time, and having the ability to resell. That's in Australia's cost and availability anyway.
Very nice work. I have to admit I am not a big fan of artificial flowers especially when Costco has roses under a $1 each. And wowI got some that opened up like a garden rose - just amazing. The trick was giving them a "blow job" a technique delicately to force them open and then we got four SUV's; parked them in the direct sun and put the flwoers in and themagic allowed them to open - wow.
Its all great but I wouldnt be able to print on such big format and also the wish bucket I dont know where to get the prints from. Do you use special programme to design it?

Where did you get the stand for the welcome sign?
What size Celebration boxes did you use?
Where did you get the stand
What size of box did you use and also, is there any other place I can find those boxes? Because the link doesn’t work
Can you tell me where can I find those boxes?? 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The link doesn’t work. 😓
You can't even call them diy. They looked so professional. Authentic to look and minimal, gorgeous. Love it xx
Thank you! :) I think the flower boxes were my favourite... they'd even be cute home decor!
Erin Elizabeth True they remind me of those rose flowers you see. That come in a box and they stay alive for a year. But their also £50-£100.

Perfect! You can have a nice wedding without breaking the bank.
The boxes look amazing . U can even put fairy lights in there and stick the part that turns them on in the bottom
This was SUCH a good video! I was about to spend $50 on a foam welcome sign but I can easily do it for myself for half the money!
Hey! How did your sign come out? I'm thinking about doing this .
5 Years later and still SO so helpful! I am using the same wedding colors for my upcoming wedding in May-- and I will be stealing this DIY Centerpiece design! Thank you so much for the affordable Inspo✨
Honestly, I can't understand how anyone could give this a thumbs down. Everything was so pretty and creative.
Thank you! I appreciate it!
See this girl knows how to decorate a wedding without spending your retirement money. Thank you.
Amen yes

Amazing! It comes in handy with DIY projects lol! I used Marriage Moment as the cursive, and Didot I believe!
Such great ideas!!!
Beautiful work
Creative ❤ love it👌
Where did u purchase the fake flowers from? They're so pretty!
