- Taho, Soy Milk Pudding, or Fresh soft Silken Tofu with Sago is a soy bean pudding mixed with sago (tapioca pearls) and hot brown sugar syrup. A snack that is normally sold in the Philippines by a vendor calling out "Tahoooooo" in the morning.
