Taho is a soy pudding mixed with sago (tapioca pearls) and hot brown sugar syrup. A snack that is normally sold in the Philippines by a vendor calling out "Tahoooooo" in the morning.

Gusto ko sana gumawa ng 1 gallon (3.8 liters). Ilan po kayang cornstarch and gelatin powder ang gagamitin ko?
Will try this recipe for the taho (soy pudding)... the tapioca though appears not well done 😉 (intimidated cooking tapioca pearls, glad I don’t like it in my taho ☺️).
