    The beginning is really important because it shows the massive scale of the game compared to the first one. Also, you know that he ends up shot and climbing the train, but you don't know how exactly that comes to happen, which is the fun part. Finally, it's not the end of the game. In fact, it's around the middle, so it doesn't matter. I feel starting with the train scene gave the entire start of the game a lot of excitement and some license to take the first few chapters easily.

      Professor BerryB - He should probably start interacting with his viewers more (if that's what he's actually aiming for). I found this great channel like a week ago and haven't seen a single comment of his under his own videos. And trust me, I've watched many.

    You do a spoiler warning for Lazarevic being the villain, but not one before saying Flynn double crosses Drake? Luckily I have played the game already, but I would not want that spoiled for me if I hadn't.

      Well, bummer...
      All trailers and reviews are spoilers.
      I had more fun watching or playing stuff, if I didn’t know anything about it. ( except a cover, pictures and some short description...).

      And it’s not like he’s reviewing freshly released games.
      I come here for the pre-review, where he gathers so much info and history ...and calm voice.
      Which is why I listen to these, while falling asleep. Haha.

    YOU GOT A SUB BROTHER FOR SAYING WHAT IV SAID FOR YEARS.....LEAVE VIDEO GAMES ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Games now adays are immersive cinematic stories. It doesnt NEED to be made into a movie because it basically already is. Just like id hate it if a movie was made into a video game. Hollywood needs KNOCK THIS SHIT OFF!!!! All it does is hurt video game franchises such as Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and Tomb Raider. If a hollywood writer or producer cant write his OWN SHIT, then he probably shouldnt be making million of dollars from a film studio.

    Yeah, I thought that flash forward at the beginning was unnecessary as well; otherwise I had a great time with the game and I thought it was pretty awesome.

      @@gluserty There are some niche French or English movies, but I also need a refresher.
      Point was, sometimes it helps the "build-up", when a movie or game starts with a KEY or END-moment, then it makes you curious HOW it got to that point.
      Not a technique used by many movies, since it is pretty hard to pull - way harder than the classical "intro", "action", "high peak", "end".

      @gluserty 3 роки тому

      @@SocietateaAscendenta I see what you mean for sure; I didn't dig that storytelling technique here though, but I honestly wouldn't mind it done in a film:-).

    I don't see why a movie would be such a bad thing. So what if it sucks? Now, what if it doesn't? Feels very close-minded.

    I ve just completed this game, and apart of some good moments the whole game is less than good enough. Same with the last of us. I'm about the middle of it, but find it very bland and boring, with the same dreadful gameplay. I'm wondering how would you review assassin's creed 2007. that game was away ahead of most games, probably all games... I ve just played that one thru recently but nothing compares in quality. you give this one a 9/10? how much that one would get?

    • @Mbolf24
      @Mbolf24 5 років тому +11

      Man you must really hate your life to think that an assassins creed game is better than tlou and uc games, that is one of the dumbest things i have ever heard

      @Fap Wizard except there's a difference between opinion and downright stupidy

    • @Mbolf24
      @Mbolf24 5 років тому +4

      @Fap Wizard because its not about taste or preference. When scoring games, you put aside bias and look at the game itself. Tlou and uncharted are better games no matter how you cut it. Even if you enjoy ac more. So therefore it's not an opionion.

    • @Mbolf24
      @Mbolf24 5 років тому +2

      @Fap Wizard not in this case because ac doesn't hold a candle in terms of quality

    • @FraserSouris
      @FraserSouris 4 роки тому +3

      @@Mbolf24
      I mean, Assassin's Creed games have parkour/platforming that the player can actually control and make choices from rather than have it be overly scripted and shallow like Uncharted. AC also has much more fleshed out stealth and combat mechanics than either Uncharted or TLOU.
      In terms of story and world, AC actually has characters, plot and villains that develop instead of being one-note like in Uncharted. AC doesn't automatically give you the solution to its puzzles in a journal and has you actually think. AC doesn't auto fail you if you do something the game doesn't want (remember the sniper in TLOU?). AC also lets you actually explore its environments to find items that actually can effect the game instead of only having collectibles that only exist for a trophy.
      Uncharted and TLOU aren't these perfect games that beat AC in every category. For someone who says "To put aside bias and look at the game itself" you should practice what you preach.
      In fact, AC are actual games instead of movies with gameplay parts attached on that don't interact together
