If you have samsung note 5, no need to download apps sir all you have to do is go to settings on your device and find smart view and scan

Mawawala din yong file ninyo po kung naka disconnect na yong cellphone ninyo. Hindi po sya ma save sa TV

Me too! Classic Samsung black screen, can't see menu/ settings to reset! Can partially see on TV with flashlight but my eyes are straining way too much! If I find the answer, I will come back and let you know!
