These last two episodes have made me a big Budden fan and I never was big on him as a commentator until now. He's speaking real truth here. This reminds me of an interview Prince had with Tavis Smiley back when Tavis was on BET. In it Prince told Tavis that he sold 500K of his first independent record (this was his first record after leaving Warner Bros.) and Tavis was like yeah but you used to sell millions of records aren't you disappointed that you aren't selling millions. Prince gave him that look like 'my man, do you not understand that I'm getting $15 dollars back from a record that cost me $2 to make instead oof 30 cent a record, do the math'. Tavis didn't comprehend this. Budden is teaching a class that is invaluable here. People need to taker heed.
