look at the difference in crime from 2015 to now. i think it way worse now and a blanket curfew should be set to test and see if the difference actually works and if the youths are actually to blame for the current problems that are occuring ie knife crime, home invasions, car theft, muggings, SA attacks and more should drop much lower and if it doesnt, it will show that its not the youths who are the cause of it all and then they can focus on the appropriate age gap offenders next up the list. it cant fail as its got to help on some scale.
