Getting ready for winter food storage! This time of year we water glass eggs for winter storage for two reasons: 1. Food Security is a high priority for us. 2. We try really hard not to consume outside sources of protein, so we need eggs to get us through the Winter. Especially for Christmas baking! In this video you will see Mr. Rueffer eat a year old egg!
Unfortunately you can't use store bought eggs because they are not fresh (less than one week old), they have been refrigerated and washed. Thank you for watching!
