The room is beautiful ❤️ The 60's lamp you sourced needs a very long lean drum shade. That's the shade made for that particular style lamp. That piece is just so unique! Your animals are really special pieces. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us❤
I absolutely love how everything turned out. Everything is eclectic and cohesive. I love how intentional you are with your decor. Chrome is definitely making its way back and mix metals. Definitely refined❤️
1. I love the tulip arrangement! 2. Those animal boxes are adorable! 3. I like your print over the couch a lot, but I keep wanting candle sconces on each side. 4. I think your coffee table compliments your side table beautifully and vice versa. 5. I really like the darker woods you’re using. I’m not really a fan of the mid-century modern vibe, but I like how you implemented it. Those chairs are really gorgeous examples of that vibe. All in all, I really like your whole room. Lovely and comfortable. Edited to add, because of other comments about the lamp: Regarding the lamp. I like it but would have hated the original drum shade. (I’m 73 and I remember the styles from back then when I was a young wife.). The drum shade would have been much bigger than the drum you showed and most of that beautiful wood would have been hidden. I much prefer the shade you ended up with, though I do think it should be a bit larger. I know you said those were the largest Lowe’s had, so maybe Amazon has something.
Every thing looks chic but the lamp shade should be larger, take the lamp and shade to Lamps Plus and see what looks best. Remove the smaller table sitting beside the pedestal, it does nothing for or between the dinning and living areas. Paint the bookshelf black, the white is like the sun on a very cloudy day and perhaps the TV will fade into the bookshelf a little. The stripes in the rug, the chrome chair, the pedestal are all black and they all work with the wood tones. Try 1 large piece of art, behind the sofa and you may like it.
I love the hot pink pops! I would carry a small amount of that into the dining room with some flowers, decor/vase? Definitely do an art light over the art behind the sofa!😊
Good job, Jorge, really lovely. However, I’m always expecting you to put together a lovely gallery wall with your stunning abstract art above the couch or that console. It would look stunning, like a million dollars. I love how down to earth you are compared to most interior decorators, “this is full of crap” or “this is usually cluttered”. Can relate! With love from Spain.
The lamp - GORGEOUS!! It is piece of art sculpture! Raw wood - gorgeous! I am like you, while I do love the warmer colors of wood, I still love the raw. Great job, as always. I need to go thrift shopping!! Enjoy your day!
I watch so many other YT designer's who's style I just love but if I want to know what's coming, I watch you Jorge because you seem to be a little a head from the rest, on what's the new. The room with that touch of colour is genius! I LOVE that lamp because it's so unique..so glad you went back for it.
The white lamp is DEFINITELY a vibe ! I am guessing the original finish had the interior rough texture accentuated in some way. I would suggest taking some gold rub and buff or even some gold acrylic paint just on your fingertips and dabbing it on the top surfaces of that inner area and really show the piece off. If you don't like it, just repaint it white. The lamp can also handle an even larger shade, too. Also, those chairs will be ordered for my place.....love em.. Castillry, here I come !
Bravo my man it all looks fantastic. Keep the trim white. Its a beautiful frame to your walls and baseboards. I do have one suggestion for over the new sofa and that is to hang your art more to the left. The lamp is gorgeous. Love from Canada
I love chrome and silver. It's fun to see how people start to return to chrome after years of rejection. Although I liked seeing different metals in people's homes I never wanted that in my home. Team chrome&silver all the way :)
Love what you did with this space Jorge! Such a great mix of things but everything ties together.I have a few chrome pieces in my home and love them (even though a lot of ppl are not a fan ) You're super talented so cheers to you.
The rug was a good change. I noticed the subtle accent of red used throughout, including your *gasp* (just kidding), spray-painted book which you made a home for in the dining room. Great job, Jorge!
Thank you for the idea of nightstands as side tables ... Mr. Jorge, you definitely have a genius eye for matching objects. I would never be able to mix more than 3 pieces, and you must have there over 100 small and big and all are matching ...

Your designs are immaculate but homely and inviting. You hit such a good spot... muaaahh! Incredible. There are SOME UA-camrs who design ugly museums and call themselves interior designers. No names. Ahem.
Wonderful room! Love, love, love the lamp. But I did prefer the shape and height of the other lamp shade. You could spray paint it with the same paint you used on the bottom for a perfect color match. I also like your art piece over the chrome chair, but it’s not large enough to my eye. I would pair it with that small white frame, one directly over the other, maybe paint it black. An Escher print would compliment your piece nicely and match the modern style of the chair.
Holy cow your den looks great!.. love love love the lamp.. I prefer the shape of vintage style drum shade although the linen color looks of the one you used blends in better. Love the ceiling fixtures as well.. Great job!!!!😍
Great video! I love all of your interesting & unique pieces of furniture. I work in the design field and I wanted to suggest bringing the wall color/finish onto the ceiling for a more elongated effect. I think a warmer color for the trim would really compliment the walls much better. It’s a bit too cool on video. Just a thought, have a nice day!
Looks beautiful as always. ❤ believe it or not I have a huge collection of avocado pits myself, I have turned them into beads and made a garland on my YT channel as a DIY project and I love displaying them!
the bench, love it!. You did a great job, its inspired me to look for one, I have a place right under a window as well and love what you did with the little stool and succulents
Nice make over. Re the lamp. Growing up my parents had something similar from the 60s. They were tan with gold embellishments. My mom had a large barrel lampshade on it. The shade came probably 2-3 in over the wood. You have a really cool lamp though.

Me encantó el sofá ❤, la banca quedó hermosa, muy lindos muebles de Castleryus,y la decoración como siempre con giros de creatividad 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤

The chairs and the lamps are perfection !! You have got fantastic taste, I love watching your creativity.. the 1st shade looks better ...beautiful !!
Jorge, your living room looks amazing after the makeover!! cozy and cool, loved the new furniture!
I think it looks great the bowl of white tulips, the lamp are my favorite, but in general all look well put together.
I love chrome and silver. It's fun to see how people start to return to chrome after years of rejection. Although I liked seeing different metals in people's homes I never wanted that in my home. Team chrome&silver all the way :)
Your home is beautiful, very masculine. I love it.
The light tone bench works very well actually. It is its own pop!
Your living room looks really great. Love the chairs.
The mid century lamp looks nice.
Love what you did with this space Jorge! Such a great mix of things but everything ties together.I have a few chrome pieces in my home and love them (even though a lot of ppl are not a fan ) You're super talented so cheers to you.
I'll definitely be looking into Castlrey. I'm really excited about your fake tulips
The rug was a good change. I noticed the subtle accent of red used throughout, including your *gasp* (just kidding), spray-painted book which you made a home for in the dining room. Great job, Jorge!
love the lamp ♥️ and every detail in your decoration, Fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Jorge, you did such a beautiful job with your space! That lamp is so cool! 🖤
Love it! Esp. the chrome chair (!) the rug and coffee table ( crazy about it) and the stools - well ok everything, and the tulips. 🤣
What a difference! Love the makeover.
Thank you for the idea of nightstands as side tables ... Mr. Jorge, you definitely have a genius eye for matching objects. I would never be able to mix more than 3 pieces, and you must have there over 100 small and big and all are matching ...
I’m living for the fuchsia throw blanket!
My favorite piece is still the coffee table❤❤❤
LOVE the mid century lamp (it would have originally had a tall thin lampshade on it) and the tulips are amazing!
I love everything but i truly love the bowl with tulips
Hi Jorge 💓 what a beautiful outcome it looks so classy and pretty thanks for sharing Laura xoxo
The chrome chair is giving elevated wheelchair chic
Jorge your home looks beautiful. I’m so glad you changed out that other rug, the stripe one adds more pizazz!
Yay. Looks amazing. Love that lamp. What a great find. Been waiting for a new video from you. Great job.
You really are an artist, I'm so glad I found your channel. Beautiful job as always!!
I love how your living room turned out.
Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for this content. Then the avocado seeds at the end 😮 ❤❤❤
Jorge you are absolutely talented, I love all your videos!
wow, great transformation !
I love the coffee table.
Exceedingly well done. Bravo!
You are so creative! Love your design choices. On to your next videos! 🙂

Loved ALL "Your Furniture Choices"....🎉 You Do Need More Art Above that Modular Sofa as it Just >> Doesn't feel Quite Right 😢
The Art Over the Sofa would Look ( I 🤔 Better) Above that shelf by the Chrome Chair as the wood frame & Color and size wise might be more appealing visually; but Love that existing art Already Above that Chrome chair as it's Perfect ; So if You Could Either use that Larger Piece Above the sofa There Placing it Asymmetrically above that existing cabinet
(Believe it's Better placement but would have to see it to confirm ) or You could add an Actual Gallery Wall Above That Sofa ,Because it's Not 🚫 Working Visually or tonality Wise😮 My Past Was in Designing High End Spaces for Huge Department Stores to produce Sales in Mass Abundance at Some Very Prestigious Stores Both in Vegas & Chicago where >>Selling "the Look in totality( the Whole Room Displayed)" was Reason I Was Hired. Gorgeous! I love your styling. The touch of chrome is great.
You are so talented. So talented.
i'm a big fan of chrome! The main room in my apartment is black, chrome and transparent and i love it
Gorgeous Jorge! Thank you for sharing

Great work, it all pulled together very nicely. 🙂
Ornamental Dentil mouldings. Love your style and love this channel!
I liked #2 lampshade better! Love the sofa! Everything turned out awesome! Love it!
Wow! You did that look on point! ❤❤❤
The second lamp shade wakes well with the lamps structure.
Gorgeous!! I am on the market for a new sofa… definitely going to get this castlery one! It is exactly what I need 🎉
In my opinion I love everything except the black and metal chair. I love you coffee table.
the new LR looks great!!

Haha I saw the fuchsia book at 25:00. Love the burst of fuchsia from the sofa throw also.
Love love love your creative style
Use a lint roller to clean your lampshade. Works a treat!
Love the transformation, the caramel leather chairs are such an improvement on the black leather one.
What color are the curtains, I love your living room
Looks beautiful as always. ❤ believe it or not I have a huge collection of avocado pits myself, I have turned them into beads and made a garland on my YT channel as a DIY project and I love displaying them!

That is a great lamp!
Love love love
It's all really cute!
the bench, love it!. You did a great job, its inspired me to look for one, I have a place right under a window as well and love what you did with the little stool and succulents
Great finds! I especially love the leaf vine tampered candle holder.
Great job. It looks great.
Jade plants like cramped roots, that's all, other than that 10/10 once again!
Love this changes

I would like to see more diy’s please! ❤
it has so much more personality now
