cumin seeds 1 tbsp
2 pieces of cinnamon
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
For the seasoning
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
10-12 curry leaves
5 green chilies
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 onions
salt as required
