Mitch thank you so much for informing me about those unique marriot properties. I don’t hear too many people talking about these properties and to hear all those amazing activities are included is amazing! Great episode guys!
Thank you for your kind words, Cheew! We're glad you enjoyed the episode and found the unique Marriott properties intriguing. There are definitely some hidden gems out there!
Yay!!! Feeling like a celebrity being mentioned again! So glad to connect my favorite points crew with a great wine brand! Glad you guys made a partnership!🩵
#1 Flight thus far is Delta One to Norway 🇳🇴 #1 Hotel was Body Holiday in St.Lucia #2 Hotel was Conrad Osaka #3 Hotel was Waldorf Astoria Chicago/Orlando #1 Lounge Delta Sky Club (International) Atlanta Favorite experience thus far is visiting Vietnam (DaNang and Hoi Ann) Looking forward to Kyoto next week and Singapore next month. Phenomenal show as always.
Hi Carlos! Great list of favorites and some we need to check out for ourselves! We have a short visit to Vietnam next year and now we wish we could spend more time so we can visit Da Nang and Hoi An.
My favorite food place overall is Kuala Lumpur. But my most memorable food place was Querétaro Mexico. I flew first class Emirates and did not know they had massages in the lounge. But the first class lounge experience was amazing. I have not stayed at any luxury hotels yet. We’ll see what the future holds for me. I love this show. I was unplugged for a week on a nice cruise so I missed this until now. But as always I love your videos. I am sad that I won’t be able to make the meetup. Another time
We believe you WILL have luxury hotel stays in your future! We hope you had a wonderful time on your cruise. Thank you for catching up with us after your trip and we hope to see you at a meetup in the future!
Another fun episode! You guys are the best. I haven't been to the Al Safwa lounge but the Al Mourjan lounge itself is incredible. Best lounge I've been to by far. My favorite lounge experience though was my fist just like Nicole. 6 hour layover in Dallas with 3 kids. 2 meals for free... one when we got there and one before we left. The staff was amazing, very friendly. They interacted with the kids, they brought drinks for me and my wife (so we didn't have to leave the kids) and they gave each of my kids a giant cookie. And then we got a few snacks to go. I was thinking what the heck have I been missing my whole life?!?!
Another fun episode! My favorite destination food-wise was Malaysia, specifically KL (Kuala Lumpur) which we were able to visit during our SE Asia trip in 2016 (we were able to fly first class on Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong and back as part of that trip). Honorable mention for Peru (Lima and Cusco), which we visited this past September, the Peruvian food was amazing as well. Other food travel favorites: Spain, Italy, South Africa. For 2025, we have been getting some signals to look at Morocco. Nice to see it getting some endorsement here!
Glad to hear you were able to secure your hard drive! For the future, I would recommend you all look into setting up a NAS for your team so that you can access your files remotely. Think of it like a hard drive, but with a brain. It can be configured such that it automatically downloads the footage onto your computer so you can edit it offline and the edited file will become available to others once your laptop is connected to the internet again. Lot of tutorials online but I'd suggest watching Sara Dietschy's content as it's the easiest to follow. P.S. Serena is right, I don't have a dog :)
How could Mitch and Miguel forget SG private room at Changi?! LAS is my homebase, Capital One, Delta Skyclub and Chase all are in the pipeline. Exciting!!
Forgetting the SG private room is like forgetting to pack your passport-an absolute travel faux pas! But to be honest, Miguel did say in a previous episode he thought it was MEH. You have so many lounges to look forward to! We want to have a meetup in LAS one of these days.
More added to my list to try! I would still want to try Etihad First even though they canceled on me too. 😅 Serena, would you pick Turks and Caico over Maldives? What are the similarities and differences?
Hi Monkey Family! My last trip to Turks and Caicos was in my single days and we stayed at Club Med. 😂Maldives, far and away, the better option in terms of food, quality, and service. But Turks and Caicos is closer, more accessible, and easier to get to for most US families with children. Grace Bay is great for little ones since it has gentle waves and almost no current. Every time I've been in the Maldives, the current has been strong with the need to keep little ones close while snorkeling.
Hi! We don't have personal experience with this company but it looks like Amex cardholders get 10% off up to $300, which helps. Tours might be good for those folks who don't want to worry about the logistics and transportation.
@Serena-I can't find the name of the Morocco food tour. Can you please drop the name of the tour? I'm going to Marrakech in Jan and I definitely want to do that food tour!
We added the food tour to our show notes. Please the check the caption on this episode and let us know if you can’t find it. Have a wonderful time in Morocco. We are jealous!

Mitch never follows the rules lmao 🤣 I love it
Mitch definitely has his own unique style, and it's great to see how much everyone enjoys it! Haha!
I love this podcast! Been binge listening to it all week at work. Thanks for the sharing the knowledge
Binge listening at work? Now that's what we call multitasking! Learning and working is a winning combo.
I look forward to this every week. Love how you guys are both professional and fun 🎉
Thank you! We love making these videos, and it's awesome to know you’re enjoying them every week!

That’s the best! You can’t beat being able to feed your family and relax with drinks during a long layover. Worth the annual fee on the card! 🎉
Great episode! I always look forward to Fridays for your videos.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the episode! Fridays are definitely a highlight of the week for us too!
Thanks for the info + video!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We really appreciate your support and we're thrilled you found the info useful!

Hi Kenny! What a great list. We may be in Kuala Lumpur next year so please send us your food recs!
@@LetsGetToThePoints My favorite dish in KL was Char Kway Teow. Nasi Lemak was nice as well. Enjoy!
Those dishes look delicious! Adding them to our list! Thank you.

Thank you for the tip! We will look into this. 🙏
Haha on the dog! 🤣
Chivatos del Coimbra in Montevideo, Uruguay.
It sounds like we must visit!
15 min massage is just a tease🤣 Yes Mitch tell Thai Airways to bring the hour massage back for you.
15 minutes is just enough to get you relaxed, but not enough to convince your muscles to stop complaining! Let’s aim for that hour!

Merch!! 😍
Thank you for your enthusiasm! It means a lot to see your support!
Serena, I was so excited to hear y'all be in VN next year but sadly, it's not the same time we will be there. Summer in Asia?!!🥵
What are we thinking? Summer in Doha last year and next year summer in Asia? Nicole needs a career change.
Merch, Merch, Merch!!! Yes please!!!🙌🏾
Giveaways at the Meet-Ups or have for sale, maybe?! 🤔
Hi Phyllis! Merch on the brain? I see we have a true fan in the house! Let’s just say, the swag is coming, and it’s going to be legendary!
@@LetsGetToThePointsI want it all...hoodies, t-shirts, mugs, luggage tags, backpacks, etc. ❤😂
Calgary Alberta Canada you have to try the Brazilian steak houses there absolutely delightful
Great tip! Thank you! Adding this to our list.

Greece for food. Simple, delicious and local. O you leave healthier
Absolutely! Greek cuisine is not only delicious but also incredibly fresh and healthy. What’s your favorite dish to try there?
Hi all (serena)! do you recommend luxuryescapes for Italy around 5K/p for 12 nights, for Asian parents in their early 70s?
Hi! We don't have personal experience with this company but it looks like Amex cardholders get 10% off up to $300, which helps. Tours might be good for those folks who don't want to worry about the logistics and transportation.
China has food! Japan, Vietnamese, Spain, Cevapi in Serbia, Central Asia, FWIW I thought the glow worm was overrated.
These are all GREAT suggestions! Thank you for this list!
@Serena-I can't find the name of the Morocco food tour. Can you please drop the name of the tour? I'm going to Marrakech in Jan and I definitely want to do that food tour!

Thumbs 👍
Thank you for watching!
Can I assume you dress up for your first class experiences?
No need to dress up in anything fancy. You''ll be changing into the provided pajamas anyway!
