Hello, friend, I have a 2021 Chevrolet Express pasalock light ON and it does not go away after 3 cycles of 30 minutes, I also left it for 20 minutes the first cycle, the second test and the light does not go away or the vehicle starts. Can you help me with that? Do you know what could be happening?
What to do with a push button start vehicle? Obviously there is no physical key to insert and turn...Just press start button with foot off the brake and leave in the accsessory "on" position for 10+ minutes?
not sure about the camaro.. I was told this is a general method for GM vehicles, which camaro would be part of... but it could be generational. If you use this method and it still doesnt work, you may have to refer to the dealership.
@@Bigpinktowtruck thanks you helped not completely but you don't have the piece of s*** in your driveway so you helped thanks nobody else to put all their s*** on here was right or even helped so have a good day I'm afraid you're right but I can't even get it to the dealer to change it to another f****** vehicle unless I have a big tow truck or whatever somebody else can steal it but I can't drive it but you helped not a lot of people here with us maybe three in this world I guess are worried about this you help the most and that was two weeks ago
When I say cycle what I mean is you sit and wait for it to do what it needs to do… basically turn the key to the aux position, wait until that first screen you see disappears… then repeat 2 more times. Cycle May not be the best word so much as “just wait for it to do it’s thing”

The steps can take anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes each, so you may as well grab a good book and a cup of coffee because you could be waiting a while. But it’s worth it in the end to be able to start your vehicle again. If you follow it the way I did it in the video it should work for you, but again it could take a long time between steps.
my car was sitting for a Few months, i put a new battery in it and am now having this issue, with the service deterrent system. my other problem is the ignition kind of locks up so when i attempt to "cylce it" i have to kinda giggle the steering wheel to get the key to turn again so i think im disrupting said "cycle". any advice
It worked on mine this morning. Thank you!
Thank you so much i was so clueless and i have a chevy cruze and that works
Thank you for this information! Now we’ll see if it works for our minibus . . .
thank youuu

Okay what did you do????
did you watch the video? 🤔
@Bigpinktowtruck not specific enough on cycles.
How do you bypass this system for good so you don’t have to deal with it ever again ?
more than likely this is an issue for the dealership, my friend.

All of the research I’ve done points to your answer so in the end I’m afraid you are right.
Thanks for your reply my friend

How long to wait each cycle?
What if you have a push start
What if you don't have the lock symbol
dude is wearing gloves! looks legit rofl
A cycle of what?? I dont see where you did anything..

But how do we get rid of this error
That’s gonna be probably a software update issue or something the dealership will have to do.
While your bank account weeps.
On the other video it says to unhook positive terminal on battery, I'm going to try that
But do what 3 times? Thats where im lost

So do I keep the key on no matter how long but the light has to go off

Solution: change your car's battery
Solution fail, still having issue

That's what happens when you change the battery the vehicle goes into theft mode
What if I put the old battery back in
