2:29 - In the HBO series Barry there’s an entire plot line around two criminal organizations merging to go legit getting into the fine sand business. And of course it was a massive financial success. Just putting it out there. If any of you haven’t watched the show Barry, do it. You’ll love it. Just go watch it.
In legal terminology a will such as that one written on a notebook is referred to as a holographic will. In many jurisdictions, such as Canada and apparently the United States, if it's deemed authentic it is in fact legally binding. In law class in Canada we are taught about the "tractor will" which is kept in a museum. It's a piece of a tractor that a farmer used his pocket knife to carve his last will on to when the tractor rolled onto him and he was alone in his field and realized he wouldn't be saved in time. He scrawled "all to my wife". The will held up in court.
@@leylasmith7179 thank you. I only didn't finish school because I thought I knew everything already yeah I was one of those kids. I got my GED so I could join the military. And the rest is history 😊👍
The man in the Sydney shopping centre had advanced dementia which inhibited his ability to navigate. His family told him to stay where he was if he ever became confused in his surroundings, so when he got lost in the service corridors, he sat down and waited. Unfortunately that corridor wasn't searched and he passed away.
BTW, that’s not why the Japanese could get divorced and married every 3 years. Japan has a weird law that says you can’t hyphenate two past names…like in America where a woman can keep her last name, add a hyphen and add her husband’s name…and vice versa. So they divorce and marry every 3 years so they have each other’s last name the same amount of time.
You have created such an important UA-cam channel. I enjoy your videos b/c of the “fun facts” - all genres! Also, as a teacher I think your content would be a great resource for appropriate grade level students. Innovated way to introduce various topics which are no longer taught due to state mandated testing.
Correct me if I ma wring but isn't Jason Derulo's stage surname simply a simpler spelling of his actual one so people aren't tripped up by the French spelling?
I knew about the war with Michigan. My family was already in Ohio and we still laugh about it to this day. Usually during the Ohio State/Michigan game.
Adorian, do you know much you look like J.D. Vance in that thumbnail pic? For a moment, I thought that was a link to some right wing site claiming he had saved a child's life.
1:39 No. Close, but no. There were two lifeboats that had to be thrown from the roof of the ship to the deck (Lifeboat A and Lifeboat B), but they didn't lower them quickly enough and they had to float off. B was the overturned/upside-down one, and A is the one R. Norris Williams clambered into. It actually had far less people than the overturned one due to the fact it was half-flooded, which is why his legs were ailing
Germany fielded 20 A7V Sturmpanzerwagen in WW-1 that were their own design and construction. BUT... they also fielded dozens of captured French and English tanks. So no... Germany did NOT field just 18 tanks in WW-1. Also, Germany was constructing improved tanks, the leichter Kampfwagen I and II towards the end of the war, and had also begun construction on 2 K-Wagen (Kolossal Wagen), 120 tons heavy tanks, which were abandoned due to their impracticality in the field.
FUN FACT The guy whos family didnt tell the mom about his death the radio station was also in on it they didnt want her too suffer another heart attack so they all went along with this lie for 10 or 12 yrs until she passed away
6:40 - Those were very prestigious positions for obvious reasons. One was dumb enough to begin a relationship with Henry VIII’s fifth wife and lost his head over it.
Actually “man” was not gender neutral per se, it was that women were still considered chattel and of little consequence compared to a man. So there was no need to refer to them separately. 😬
2:15 Yeah well, Hitler was an avid animal lover and instituted laws against animal cruelty, but some things we just don't say about certain people. Including Ted Bundy.
Ok, you can get a pass for effing up the Greek name, no biggie there, but the way you butchered ‘Cholera’… dude, duuude!! Seriously?! You need to go back and edit that sh¡t, I’m getting second hand embarrassment here!

"ko-lair-a"? Huh? Constinople? Huh?
Hahaha, Konstinople! 😂😂❤
I think this guy was recovering from an all-night bender that ended at 5 am
I've seen this happen in almost every video. I don't think he's dyslexic, I just think he's not very well read.
Don't forget about Pa-ris-ians...
A lot of his “mispronunciations” are actually how non Americans pronounce these words, except cholera, no idea what he was smoking there.
Keanu Reeves is the best actor EVER!!! He's so giving!!! If all millionaires/billionaires donated money to causes, people wouldn't go hungry...
yessah Hawaiian
I believe that a guy was missing 90% of his brain and had no idea. That condition seems very common in America till this day unfortunately.

That one about Ferrari & Lamborghini no longer making cars equipped with manuals is quite sad indeed.😢😢
Sorry as an old geography teacher is it Constinople or Con-stan-tinople?
I've only heard it as Constantinople
It’s Istanbul.
@@datukalex not at the time it wasn’t.
@@marymitchell8986 same.

Yeah the pronunciation of DesRouleaux was atrocious! It’s more like deh-roo-lo.
He has plenty of pronunciation problems. 😵💫

The word woman is an evolution of womb-man… man being synonymous with HUman … so yes, gender neutral
How do you grind anything into bread?
Koh-lar-ah is not ConstinOPLE/Now it's Turkish delight on a moonlit night
Great info!!! Thanx!!!!
8:39 no longer stands. Jimmy Carter died in 2024
This whole video is going to be my dinner conversation for a he next 2 weeks
2:17 He really is The One
Cholera is pronounced caul-ler-ah
2:15 Yeah well, Hitler was an avid animal lover and instituted laws against animal cruelty, but some things we just don't say about certain people. Including Ted Bundy.
Facts are facts, 2 opposing facts can still be true at the same time, such as a serial unaliver saving ONE life
@@leylasmith7179he's a serial killer. Quit with that unaliver bs
desrouleaux is pronounce the same as his stage name. the way you pronounced it is probably why he changed the spelling.
Bullying someone is not "staying in character"
Which is why he almost got fired.
Only an actor could appreciate your comment. 😏
Spoken like someone who’s never done anything in
(dramatic pause)
~~THE THEATRE~~ !
The character is a bully, so yeah it is
When you take your role seriously, it's got to be in your blood completely, going out of character would compromise his character and the product.
Hah you said doodies!
You still can't pronounce basic words like 'cholera'. I have no idea what they are teaching you guys in American schools but it's not English.
They teach us phonics. It’s just that you English didn’t use any. Don’t worry, the French got it wrong too, but Latin American Spanish 👩🏾🍳💋
Cal or a. Not Co Lar a. It's ok words are hard sometimes. 😊
Const-ant-inople. Not Constinople.
What's a starquake..?
Con STAN teh no pel
4:55 is unconfirmed - we don't know how he died
Desrouleaux💀💀💀
I knew I should have bought a better padlock back in ‘89.
Ca lair ra??
I love your videos but this is the worst case of mispronounced words I have ever heard you do. Please check on your pronunciation before you record.
Fun fact about me. I might be related to Cecil B. Demille and Christopher Lloyd
It’s Call-Uh-ra, not Co-lair-a. And Con Stan ti nople, not whatever you said. 😂
Also, Paree-she-ans. Not Pari sons. Lol
Hamburger
Cringe pronunciations!
bruh the most poisonous animal is the blue ringed octopus not the golden gay ass frog
