- HERE WE ARE, AGAIN! Another, hopefully, classic Star Citizen adventure in 3.23. How are the servers? How is FPS gameplay, AI dogfighting, salvaging? What kind of things can we to just have fun in the verse in 2024?
Star Citizen is a multiplayer game in Alpha-state for nearly 10 years that millions of people have played. I began my adventures nearly a year ago and have decided to start uploading my adventures. It is a space combat, trading, and all around space travel simulator/ tech demo that has endless possibilities that keep getting expanded with each major update.
IF you are interested in playing, please use a referral code for extra in-game starting money. Mine is STAR-QF4L-NCJT. I should note, anytime you use someone's referral code, you will be giving them a chance to earn more in-game goodies; paints, cosmetics, and even ships at the extreme end.
As someone still flying the mustang. I can confirm, they are bloody scrappy.
I am still getting used Master Modes, it's fun!
FYI there is a local inventory that you can put that armor into
Yeah I wasn't sure where the cutoff was for distance. Dragging the body was more fun, anyways lol

You can switch the keyboard layout between "flight" and "on foot" with a drop down at the bottom right in the menu.
If you do this, you get the related keybinds for on foot shown and then you will find the "holster weapon" on "R". :)
Oh yeah I'm well-versed in most of the options these days-- I just found it funny that the keyboard layout photo they give us doesn't have, "holster" as an identifiable option. You have to play the game of, "what does this button do" and wait for the game to tell you there are conflicts EVERYWHERE lol.
tip, for mercenary missions, as the one you are doing at min 18, put all the armor/weapons/utility stuff into local inventory, and inside the ship move them from local to vehicle
I totally meant to lol. Being forgetful of random things is definitely a personality traits of mine.
Soon we won't be able to do that anymore. It will all be physicalized.
The weapons sounds must have been updated. They sound damn good.
I've been REALLY nerding out over the weapon feedback, and especially sounds in the caves.

was wondering if it was time to give the game another go .. but NPCs still jerk around and teleport and .. meh its not time yet.
The NPCs were doing so much better couple weeks ago. I was seriously impressed. I'll have some more fps content up soon to show how different it gets.

Sometimes it works out, sometimes you get lucky. Sometimes you get exceedingly unlucky. I spoke to a player yesterday who, while we were all just playing in the discord group chat, lost 5 million in cargo at the sale site. Shit. Happens. You gotta to learn not to care too much about the bugs at this stage.
My money comes from salvaging mostly atm, a little from mining, we had a HILARIOUS time doing a few drug runs that landed everybody over 100k each by the end, but we faffed about A LOT so, it's not all about the money. It's the epic stupid time.

I THOUGHT it was, but when I paid it off, it said, failure to comply or something, so I think I got scanned... and just didn't realize it lol.
Increasing your graphics settings would probably help your frames a lot, your gpu seems like it's rarely going over 50% usage putting a ton of load on you cpu. Although gpu intensive scenarios you will still drop frames you should see better performance in the cpu intensive areas like the MT logistics depot with. Or maybe your graphics settings are already maxed, in that case it's time for a cpu upgrade. Great video as well I enjoyed watching with my meal!
Oh yeah, all maxed out. 4090 DOES hit like 100% usage in space, but, on the ground, it gets real cpu intensive. Also not using Vulkan, may try that soon. Glad you enjoyed it!
