The white sheet peels off, just protective over the adhesive. Can throw it away

Yes, the heat makes the plastic bendable, and the adhesive is top notch
What is that sheet called to cover hat when pressing. So hats don't burn

Nope. I did speed and power tests and all and got the perfect settings
