Man, great video. Im a disabled vet and Ive been looking for a way to fence my yard in that won't leave me hurting. I love how you have a fabrication set up. Just banging out tools on the CNC gear is a dream Im working towards in the future. At the moment my buddy who lives a few hours away (Im in N Central FL, he's in the panhandle) has a Lincoln Electric plasma table and puts things I need in the mail after he cuts and coats them. I own and operate a registered homestead that does a few things for income and being able to fab up my own tools will be a huge leap forward for us. The only hurtle I have to deal with to put a fence like this in will be tree roots. I want to have my buddy fab up a blade I can put on my air hammer to make quick work of em. As of now Im using and axe head on the end of a staff that I drive with a sledge. Works, but its slow and can be dangerous. Again, dude, great video. Thanks.

I hope they've watched your video because I will be on them like white on rice! My best for continued success. Training the young guys is what will keep this country turning strong for a long time.
Your gate needs a Triangular metal plate on each corner - screwed on after adjustment, to prevent anyone from pushing down on the top - and bending it out of alignment! Just a tip I learned doing gate Instalments. 😉
I’ve been fencing for 40 years and I was really surprised to see how you rack in aluminum pick gate that is awesome. I have never done that in all these years.❤

I cannot wait to be able to order my new fence from you guys! My dog's are going to love their new play yard when we move to our new home! ❤ I'll likely need to add about 2 feet of poultry fence at the bottom. One of my dogs is very small and can fit through the fence.
I like your no dig aluminum fence. Is that a residential grade product? Does it come in commercial grade as well? Can you use those I-beams with other manufacturers like Elite aluminum?
Hey SWI, sweet system that looks great. Definitely something I'd be interested in, depending the cost per foot on the materials. You may have a video on it, but if you could comment on average cost per foot that would be much appreciated. I got some acrage I want to dress up.
I really like your rhino Post driver. I have an old rhino I’ve had for 30+ years that runs on air seems like model a Ford from the 1920s compared to the newer versions of the rhino drivers.❤❤😊
If you have decent soil you can dig faster and set than this no dig fence system and less expensive. Will say those h beam inserts will make it stronger.
I would have done everything differently, except for the things I would do exactly like you did. It doesn’t look that bad for being the first time you have ever installed a fence. 😂.
I need you come do my fence in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. I like you detailed work. I'm about to have a fence put in and am really concerned about quality.
0:46 - 71 and 5 8th's or 71 & 3/4 inch jig. If the U.S. moved to the metric system (or base 10), that jig post could be as simple as 2 metres or 78 inches..
The way I never overdrive fasteners... 1. Start with the drill up and down the way you already do. This makes sure the fasteners go in straight 2. As the fastener goes in, let the natural drill torque slowly turn the drill 90 degrees counter-clockwise (the bottom of the drill moving to the right). 3. Stop the drill just before the fastener is seated. 4. With the drill motor OFF, rotate the whole drill back down, like it was a big ratchet wrench. 5. Stop when the fastener is perfectly seated. This gives you perfect control of the fastener depth. It feels strange for a few times, but quickly becomes second nature. Once you are skilled with it, it doesn't take any longer, and lets you seat any fastener perfectly. This is especially helpful for putting fasteners into soft, easily damaged materials, like plastic electrical boxes, anything else plastic, and even wood.
what is the name of the midwest tool you are using? i cannot find it. Also the gate latch post panel needs to be cut and screwed back together, looks like the panel pushed the post at the corner out of level. Also for some reason every single gate I get isn't quite level, usually I end up cutting the first two rails at the top and I re-screw it back together so the post is slightly out of level to fix it.
Well, the I beams come from us: shopifence.com/ We can also ship the entire system to you, or you can source your own aluminum locally. You should have some options locally between big box stores and fence suppliers. 👍🏻

I’m sure I’m wrong because you guys know what you are doing but if I were doing it (a rank amateur), I would have thought that twist this, bend that, saw this bit off, etc etc would possible give me a fence that looked OK - for a short while.

There’s some kind of sorcery going on at the job site the day before you get there. Check the wizards trunk for post hole diggers and quick set concrete bags. This system is sweet
good looking fence. The best part is that if you get some damage, you can fix it without having to dig up a post set in concrete
Right?! One of my favorite aspects.
I finally bought a full face shield when I cut aluminum with a circle saw. Still wear safety glasses under that. (I know I’m getting old and soft)
