    I live in Louisville and I can personally attest to the fact that our police are very incompetent. This was a simple traffic violation that was needlessly escalated. They're acting like Golf Guy hit the pedestrian and was trying to flee the scene in his car. But this was all because Golf Guy didn't stop when he was told. And then the dumbass cop puts himself in harm's way over a misdemeanor traffic violation. And the charge of felony assault on a police officer is ridiculous considering that the cop wouldn't have received minor injuries if he didn't try to be some Hollywood action hero by trying to grab onto a moving car.

  • @JamesAllmond
    @JamesAllmond 28 днів тому +12

    PGA, time to abandon that course for the PGA Championship. Complete failure of traffic control on the point of the cops, then failed to admit mistake and escalated. Typical bumpkin cop.
    He was supposed to be there, the cop allowed a pedestrian to die.

    Whatever you do, when a fragile ego traffic/parking police officer is waving his arms and yelling at you while you are driving to park your car at a place YOU BELONG, don't just keep driving, they will jump on your car...or "attach themselves" and then charge you with a felony cause you didn't recognize their bizarre behavior quick enough and claim you tried to "assault" them.

Or is it possible the occupant may be a PGA golfer in a marked PGA courtesy vehicle. The officer clearly has some judgment issues. I see the PGA moving away from Louiville, chief of police firing someone, the civil courts getting a new suit being filed, LMPD losing much needed credibility and trust, and another LMPD training program in the works. Can’t imagine how many calls the mayor has recieved as these events are a tremendous amount of works and monies only to have a less than incompetent badge blemish the event. Who cares? He shouldn’t have been a dick and think he was above the law. He drove down a shoulder and ignored a cop that told him to stop. If he had simply stopped and told the cop who he was and where he was going, none of this would have happened. Instead, he simply showed his credentials as he drove around the cop. Sorry, but not everyone is aware of what pro golfers look like, or what credentials look like at a glance. This is 100% on him and hopefully he will be prosecuted for his crimes.
