Long time listener, first time commenter. I have a playlist that I made called "Sleepy Time" where I have collected all of your stories I have found so far. I thought about asking this for months but I have been to shy, or nervous that maybe it's not a good idea. You see my husband and I are first time parents, I am currently pregnant with our twins, two little girls. We are obviously nervous AND excited. I wouldn't ask for a story about our life, that seems a little narcissistic, but I would love a story about young love and perhaps parenting. I know this can be a touchy subject which is part of the reason I was afraid to ask. Anyway, all through the pregnancy so far, our little girls and myself have been falling asleep to your wonderful stories, and I just know once they are born your voice will be one they recognize for sure. 😊 Keep the magic coming, we will be listening. 🎉

These stories got me through my pregnancy and are helping me survive nights in my first few months of motherhood, it's the only way I can get back to sleep after nursing. I've been wanting to comment asking for a story about parenting or something involving babies, but I've never known how to ask!
For the last 6 months I’ve been dealing with some very serious health issues that have lead to the deterioration of my mental health along with it, I found you, your soothing voice and amazing stories and have been listening to you every night for close to two months now. I appreciate you for the peace you’ve brought to my little slice of chaos! You will always be appreciated and loved! Thank you! ❤
I haven't listened to the story yet, but I want to say that the cover looks exactly like my last dream. I mean seriously! There was a little cottage with a shiny golden path leading up to it. There were lots of flowers all around it and EXACTLY these long purple ones. In this little house lived a granny, who baked very delicious apple pies and cakes. The window was wide open and the curtains floated because of the wind. It felt so...nostalgic and nice there.... It felt like home... I had the feeling that this wasn't the first time I had dreamt about this place and not the first time I had spoken to this lady. I felt a little uncomfortable disturbing her, so I simply asked the same question as before: -Don't you feel lonely here? -Lonely... no, maybe just a little... -Will it always be like this? -Always? Then I left... With my heart beating fast... I stood there on the stairs for a while and looked at the garden. Flowers everywhere. The sun was shining brightly and the colours were so vibrant....

I love your stories.when my twin and I were young we used to pretend every night we traveled to the stars to catch our dreams. We were maybe 3 or 4. I'd love to hear a story , about resting a forest clearing looking at the stars and then becoming part of the stars or floating among them.

My husband and I enjoy gardening together, and it was lovely to listen to this after a day of spring planting here at the 45th parallel in North America. In the opening you asked if we would like more garden stories. Yes I would.

What a wonderful renewing, rejuvenating, replenishing, totally awesome story of new beginnings set in a bountiful. beautiful garden. i felt like I was transformed into my backyard while relishing all the seasons of my lovely garden. It is still winter here in the northeast, but I recently enjoyed picking some peppermint, spearmint, and oregano peeping threw the snow on isolated brisk sunny days. What a wonderful treat for a tea drinker and pasta lover like me! The rest of my garden sleeps gently under a thin blanket of fresh white glittering snow. Before dawn, my two constant morning friends along with the albino and monarch butterflies are a mocking bird (whom I have never seen) and an adorable friendly woodchuck. Chucky, as I named him. and I have a standing agreement. He/she stays clear of my garden and I will keep him/her fully nourished with goodies each morning. Our bargain appears to have worked well The mocking bird whistles to me each morning and I. of course. reciprocate. The good Lord is always with me while I enjoy His majestic sunrises, sunsets, bird and critters. I thank God for each invigorating breath I take, then close my eyes and drift into a peaceful realm of relaxation and sleep until the dawn of a new day awakens me.😅

Really, really liked this sleepy love story & the cover picture is so beautiful as well. My husband & I live in Tucson, Arizona. Since this was a story surrounding a garden, I have a suggestion for another sleepy story. Here in Arizona, we have a cactus called "Peniocereus greggii" or better known as Queen of The Night. All year long it looks like a dried up stick until it blooms at night in July. The flower only lasts till dawn. It smells wonderful, and attracts all kinds of pollinators. There's a small pic in my avatar. Or you can google for more information. Anyway, just a suggestion. And again, thank you so much for the work you do - to help us all feel better!

I had health and personal issues, which are better only leaving me with trouble sleeping. Your stories have helped me tremendously. Recently, I went on a cruise and couldn't get the stories the first night and hardly slept, but luckily got it fixed for the rest of the trip. I've been reading the comments, I hope you realize what a huge impact you have on people's lives and how deeply you are appreciated.💛 I remember the first story I ever listened to.. I had been in terrible pain ("9") for 3 days unable to sleep at all, the pain was so severe, but you transported me to Paris, when I was 5 years old and used to go out everyday and paint Paris street scenes with my artist father. You brought back so many delightful childhood memories... my pain level diminished to a very managable ("5") and I had a much needed, very restful sleep... and I've been listening ever since! Your softly spoken words are so well chosen and have such genuine feeling behind them, they have a magically healing effect on your listeners, who for a myriad of reasons, can't sleep. Our bodies need sleep so desperately and without it, every pain, every worry, is amplified beyond belief.. but your soothing voice magically relieves those freyed nerves and overwrought minds, and fills them with images of Paris or a Sleepy Love Story.. that grew more than flowers! The Sleepy Farm transported me back to the 1980's when I had a magical farm of my own, near Yosemite National Park. Every spring, a dense carpet of sweet blue lupine filled the entire south pasture, and I remember, one spring, there were 16 baby lambs frolicking in the morning sunshine, just outside my kitchen window. An enchanting image you brought to mind, that I will now cherish forever! 💛🐑🌞 You are appreciated far more than you could ever imagine, Stephen. We LOVE you for the serene peace and sweet dreams you bring us. I really enjoyed this story and listened to it twice so I could find out what happened as I fell asleep after a few minutes the first time. The music / sound scape after the story ended was equally lovely and I fell asleep thinking of all the folks I should recommend this particular one to. However, about 30 mins into the sound or maybe half way thru the entire story - I was sadly awoken by a jarring ad. I have blocked autoplay but the ad still came on. I quickly shut off my phone and eventually got back to sleep but the ad broke the beautiful spell your story had induced. I took a screenshot of when the ad popped up - if that helps? - as that was when I turned off my phone. Lovely sleep story nonetheless - so congrats and thank you! 🌱🤗🌷

Oh god Stephen this story touched my heart ❤️ and my soul so deeply, the story of the man and the little white dog 🐶 was my favourite but this one takes top spot now , I finally got to listen to the whole story ❤ it's beautiful Thankyou so much . I'm recovering ❤️🩹 from face surgery and I will always remember this story for the rest of my life and how it got me through 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I had health and personal issues, which are better only leaving me with trouble sleeping. Your stories have helped me tremendously. Recently, I went on a cruise and couldn't get the stories the first night and hardly slept, but luckily got it fixed for the rest of the trip. Thank you so much and BTW, I have ditched all my old sleep CD's.

I remember the first story I ever listened to.. I had been in terrible pain ("9") for 3 days unable to sleep at all, the pain was so severe, but you transported me to Paris, when I was 5 years old and used to go out everyday and paint Paris street scenes with my artist father. You brought back so many delightful childhood memories... my pain level diminished to a very managable ("5") and I had a much needed, very restful sleep... and I've been listening ever since!
Your softly spoken words are so well chosen and have such genuine feeling behind them, they have a magically healing effect on your listeners, who for a myriad of reasons, can't sleep. Our bodies need sleep so desperately and without it, every pain, every worry, is amplified beyond belief.. but your soothing voice magically relieves those freyed nerves and overwrought minds, and fills them with images of Paris or a Sleepy Love Story.. that grew more than flowers! The Sleepy Farm transported me back to the 1980's when I had a magical farm of my own, near Yosemite National Park. Every spring, a dense carpet of sweet blue lupine filled the entire south pasture, and I remember, one spring, there were 16 baby lambs frolicking in the morning sunshine, just outside my kitchen window. An enchanting image you brought to mind, that I will now cherish forever! 💛🐑🌞
You are appreciated far more than you could ever imagine, Stephen. We LOVE you for the serene peace and sweet dreams you bring us. I hope you can feel that LOVE and that you too sleep peacefully, basking in the LOVE of so many devoted listeners! ✨💛💫🌟

I really enjoyed this story and listened to it twice so I could find out what happened as I fell asleep after a few minutes the first time. The music / sound scape after the story ended was equally lovely and I fell asleep thinking of all the folks I should recommend this particular one to. However, about 30 mins into the sound or maybe half way thru the entire story - I was sadly awoken by a jarring ad. I have blocked autoplay but the ad still came on. I quickly shut off my phone and eventually got back to sleep but the ad broke the beautiful spell your story had induced. I took a screenshot of when the ad popped up - if that helps? - as that was when I turned off my phone. Lovely sleep story nonetheless - so congrats and thank you! 🌱🤗🌷
