    this is a great painting case. a bit pricey, but very nice, have had one for a while. It's very nice for a home painting station that can be easily packed away when you're not painting.
    However, imo it's a bit too big & heavy for the main purpose i wanted to use it for - transporting a single painting project (with paints, minis, brushes, etc) to and from the club or gaming store. For that I recommend the Frontier Wargames 'mini case' - essentially one half of this case with a single column of shelves instead of two. they also make a light that fits the smaller case, and while they don't make a half size plastic sheet to use the door as a palette, you can just cut the normal sheet in half.

      Thanks! Yeah it is quite heavy when loaded up, perfect if you're going away for a week, but maybe not so for shorter trips!
