It’s really good for long bus trips; train trips and maybe even plane ones too, trying to sleep aboard one of them in the process. There’s a certain kind of smoothness to it, with slight off sounds here and there which gives it the diversity and relaxation intended.
For college work i would have a fan heater blowing on me to help me focus and in summer a cold one too as a mix and match. As a kid there was a fan heater built in the bathroom and would be perfectly on tour shoulders and head while sitting on the toilet. I fell asleep so many times feeling it on me. So your not alone
