    Do you inhale a little from both sides before exhaling,
    Or is there an exhale in between?

    Greetings from Baghdad, your channel is so interesting and full of information , I would like to tell you if you have schedule for training endurance swim like 800 meter and 1500 meter, besides that I need a schedule training for sprinting and how much one could rest between every 50 meter and 100 meters?

    I have a sily question *emabrassed*, I feel I'm miscounting...what is considered a stroke? Each time a arm enters the water and pulls or after both have done so?

    • @SWIMVICE
      @SWIMVICE  2 роки тому +1

      Not a silly question at all. A stroke = 1 hand entry and a stroke cycle = 2 hand entries combined ✅

    • @DannyPimienta
      @DannyPimienta 2 роки тому

      @@SWIMVICE thank you! I was miscounting as I was counting a cycle as a stroke. Doh!

    • @SWIMVICE
      @SWIMVICE  2 роки тому

      @@DannyPimienta all good! Most triathlon tracking watches count strokes in stroke cycles so it can get really confusing and misleading.

    I do 1500 meter freestyle continuously through 36 minutes, then I do 1500 meters butterfly separately either 100 meter or every 50 meters then I finish in 1 hours, then I rest for 10 minutes then I do 500 meters freestyle sprinting separately every 50 meters during 25 to 30 minutes then rest 5 minutes then 500 meters butterfly every 50 meter during 40 meters and try to make sprinting/ what is your say about this schedule?? Is it good ? The whole session of swimming took about 3 hours / two times week

    Why is it easy for me to breathe on the left than on the right side? Do all swimmers have strong and weak side?

    • @SWIMVICE
      @SWIMVICE  2 роки тому

      Very common and ironically your comfortable side most likely has all the habits imprinted due to compensation over time. Until you are in the process of building and correcting your breathing form, you will not be aware! If you are interested in this process, join the SWIMVICE Breathing Program and learn how to breathe seamlessly for both sides. Yes, this is all detailed in the SWIMVICE Freestyle program. The link is located in the pinned comment above. I have a system of how to execute these points in an organized plan. Enjoy your practice Elias and Happy New Year! Best, Coach Mandy
