My 2 experiances with small caps:- 1) Invested Rs.10 Lakhs in Manpasand Beverages:- Company commited GST fraud. Was delisted from Stock Exchange. Lost complete Rs.10 Lakhs. 2)Invested Rs.1 Lakh in Servotech Power Systems. Company into EV charger. Had strong conviction about management. 1 Lakh has become Rs.80 Lakh. Moral:- Small Caps are very very risky but also very rewarding. You should keep 90% of your portfolio in large caps and only invest a small amount in small caps.
