How is the Samsung MX ST50B able to produce 160 watts of sound when it's not plugged into AC power? It doesn't sound like 90 watts of power in battery mode.
Hi Is it possible to use the samsung mx-st50b as a batteryless speaker and keep it plugged in (ac plugged) all year round? Or does it cause damage to the battery and risk of fire?
i asked samsung salesman the same question and he said that the battery will die if you keep it plugged in all the time (tbh idk if it's real or not but, yeah)
The ST40B was plugged in and the ST50B was unplugged. The ST50B is capped at a max of 90 watts unplugged. So actually not a true comparison of the two speakers. @@rajat5454
ST50B is running on battery and is limited to 90Watts and not the full 240Watts

What is the best for you? MX-T50 or MX-ST50B.
Theres no distorsion there is a difference with 4.5 inch to a 6.5 inches by the way st50 is unplugged at only 90 watts and sb40 is plugged at 160
Please make a video on the ST90 B it’s such a shame , there is only 3 videos available on the St90B

I don't see any issues using it plugged in. I have used other battery speakers as plugged in speaker without any issues.
@@rajat5454 thanks bro. i used jbl charge 3 pluged in for few months (4-5 hours per day) and then the battery died 🤦🏻♂️

It is louder. it's only 90 watts on battery, so the comparison is flawed. It's 240w when plugged in
@@jordankirkham1657 Yeah, i was more interested about unplugged ...
Plug Both units in at the same time then do your sound test
