Klipsch speakers are so slept on it hurts. Amazing sound quality on all of the models. Look awesome and can handle max volume no problem! I've the 51PM models.
The Klipsch Fives cannot be compared with any of the other speakers compared here. They're way better and most importantly, Klipsch Fives are not desktop speakers. They are not near field speakers but actually designed to fill an entire room and to be connected with TV or simply for music listening in a living room.
@@rellye6426 Klipsch is excellent. Would highly recomment it. All my home theatre speakers are Klipsch but I'm using Yahama HS8 monitor speakers for my desktop computer.
Made with real wood veneers....yay, super thin, glued on wood that sits on fiberboard! LOL I love Klipsch, but geez! Somebody's been reading the marketing literature!
How exactly do you find the adjectives? Do you use a thesaurus? Why do you buy the speaker if you can't see the frequency response? It just encourages them.
I have the A2+ and was happy with them. Then I added a subwoofer, just an 8", but it made a world of difference. What I love about that is that any sub will do. As I have a Bose sound bar 900 and have to use their own brand. So kudos to companies like this, where any sub is compatible.
Just picked them up cause of your comment and they are insane how good they are for a little over $100. Thank you for steering me in the right direction.🫡
I use my audio engine A2+ with both my pc and ps5 without having to re-plug them in everytime. The way you could do this is buy purchasing an audio interface and running all the cords into the audio interface. The way I do it is buy using the audio dac that came with my wired steelseries nova pros
@@nicorodriguez6404is this the only way? What audio interface do you recommend. I don’t need it for do anything else but let me use my speakers for my console and my computer
I stopped watching at 5:34. The Bose Companion 2 S III is declared to be the best sounding. That's a joke. It seems the author like as much surrogate bass as possible, instead of clarity and natural sounding speakers. Speakers have only one purpose. They should reproduce sound as clear and natural as possible, without adding or removing any aspect of sound. I tried the Bose Companion 2 S III for five month, with at least 8 hours a day of listening time. They have some clarity, but the base sounds like a surrogate, being passed thru the worst crossover filter.
Thanks for the reviews. I went with the Audioengine A5+, with the S8 subwoofer. Now that's a great setup, I think. Sounds great, superior clarity and bass.
So I just got the Bose and they are not bad speakers, BUT they don't have much bass. I read reviews where people were saying they have good bass. Well, in my opinion, they don't. And I would like something with more bass. But the sound quality is good for a computer speaker, and if it wasn't for the bass, I would be happy with them. Remember I bought mine for $79, so cheaper than others have said they paid. I am going to try the Logitech Z313 for $59 since those come with their own woofer.
If you're comparing it to something with a subwoofer then yeah, a 2.0 can never beat a 2.1, but bose not having enough bass?? Lol. The companions have exactly as much bass as you'd expect bose to have
Need help: Looking for premium, minimalistic, design-centric computer speakers. Not the typical ‘box’ style oft shown in the modern desktop setup videos (e.g. audio engine, Kanto). Cost is not a major factor, willing to pay $~800. My office life is based off Teams/Slack/Zoom calls & limited music listening. I don’t need an audiophile reference speakers. I want a modern design show-piece! Wood, carbon-fiber, oddly shaped? Recommendations?
I have the KANTO TUK for my computer speakers and the S8 subwoofer....amazing sound and set up...did i over do it ? ( probably...LOL ) but i LOVE it...cheers all from Canada
In all cases listed in the video; If you have never ever heard good or great sound then these are the speakers for you. This is the worst advice I have seen online.
@@choppchopp9975 I returned them! So, it turned out that while moving my computer from one room to the next, I somehow ruined the onboard sound. Installed a Sound Blaster Z and audio quality improved, but I found my old speakers to have more clarity than the Bose. When I look for clear-sounding speakers, I mean I want it to sound like the singer is in the same room as me. Very clear. I don't give a damn about bass. Let me know if you ever find a truly clear desktop speaker set that can turn on/off from the front.
@@Rey_Fantasma they felt cheap, they sound was flat imo. For the price they just don’t seem to sound like you expect. So far I end up getting a better sound experience from a home pod mini.
