Best review I’ve seen about this device. I wish the app gives more info the actual tower speaker lacked of such as when the bass is on. Sometimes I don’t know because the sound is still good. I live in a New York appartement, so I can’t bring the volume up that much. It’s great but it needed the digital display.

In the app you can see the bass on and off but what I noticed is depending on what device you have the app on it looks differently. If you go on Samsung website under specs then manual it shows you what each light sequence means for what settings you have. I personally not a big fan of that as I can never remember lol. This is basically an st50 but bigger
The st40 and st50 are in the new Samsung soundtower lineup. The 90 is bigger yes and way way way more powerful 🤯 it nice to have a line of options that are right for individuals needs. Small to big in size sound and power but with the same look aesthetically
What is better this or the Soundboks Gen 3? I have the soundboks but have never been around this samsung speaker and am wondering how it compares.

Thus i would be lie to you if I recommend one over the other. I can say the Samsung is extremely powerful and loud and crisp with intense bass. Hi, very good review. I purchased the speaker on your review. I love the speaker. You're so correct, the bass shakes my walls. LOL I'd like to ask you a tech question. I've called Samsung and Apple, they couldn't figure it out, maybe you can? It seems I cannot import the music from my iPhone and incorporate it into the app. I click on songs on my phone within the app, i get a message saying import songs from IOS. I unpaired the speaker and paired it again, still can't get the songs into the app. Can you give me some suggestions?? I would really appreciate it, I have googled it also, can't seem to find any articles that apply to my question. Thank you in advance.
Thank you for watching and subscribing I'm thankful for your support and kind comment 💯 yeah this speaker is insane lol so powerful 👏 first you need to make sure the music files are one if the supported formats you can find these in my video or on Samsungs website under specs. Then download Samsungs music player and set it as your default player. now download the music to your phone storage (online sync won't work ) it must be physically on your device. One this is done in the tower app your supported songs should populate on the my device section.
Also side note the best music provider for Samsung products is Spotify this is because Samsung owns them. If nothing works you can try to download Spotify and add your stored songs that way😉

Some one needs to make a comparison video of this Speaker with JBL PB 1000
How does it sound compares to a jbl 1000 or 710 ? Did u hear both speaker? Coz the 70 sounds really ugly. With headphone the 90 sounds ok but the bass sound a little flat so i know u cant recorded how strong or deep the bass goes.

The video doesn't do these speakers justice I actually had to record this a few times as it was overpowering my mics. Anyway I love all 3 speakers powerful insane performance with body crushing bass. The software prevents it from allowing other speakers from working. If you found a workaround please share I would love to use it myself that would be great. I have tried it with a few but no luck unfortunately 😕

Very strangely, i can't seem to find the speakers frequency response anywhere. I've even spoken to samsung via live chat, and even they dont know. They say they dont have the information. Strange how they dont know the frequency response of their own speaker. 😅

I've noticed more and more manufacturers are doing with devices that have direct competition specific device to device It's a way for them to not let one the competition copy them into outspect them by a couple percent or so on any particular specification. In this case I would pick the Samsung but its Hard to compare these two head to head as the Samsung soundtower has much more power and the price is much cheaper on the jbl. Check out the jbl 1000. The Samsung definitely has the 1700W and draws it as stated of power. the 710 sits at 800W . I think you will love either one jbl is more bass heavy. Also you can always return it if you don't like it. But one thing for sure is it's hard not the be blown away after you hear this Samsung. it's truly insane so powerful it rattles your bones lol. But just make sure you feed it high quality audio to really hear what it can do. The frequency I can find says Response

judging by the drivers it looks impossible for them to reach 1700W the mxt70 looks alot better because of the 10 inch
MX-T70 is insane also but i can say this the moment you can hear it in real life you will believe. It's absolutely insane how loud and powerful the tower is. One tower shakes my entire house.🤯

When you turn on bass Boost on the MX-T70 you would have to turn the sound way up for everything else to be clear and sound good. With this one it's crystal clear at all volumes and I know it sounds crazy to say this the bass feels and sounds just as powerful definitely no better but as good. I love the MX-T70 and since it's discontinued it's hard to pass up with the much lower cost. But in my opinion the MX-ST90B is much better overall sound lights weight water resistance with the built-in covers. I definitely wish they kept the top screen but if your going to pair them up they actually make a awesome pair.

What are talking about? He did dummy. Almost a 40 min video, and he played the actual speakers for 2 of those 40. Lol Basically you get to see him yap about stuff nobody cares about. Then he'll repeat all those same talking points for the next 15 min. Should of been a 12 to 15 min review with 70 or 80% product demonstration. That's what anyone c ares about
I guess thats what fast-forward is for lol. It's hard to say what people care about. I'm my opinion the internet is full of videos with hardly any information. I try to help with each aspect product details setup settings sound tv connection the entire experience that way people can hopefully find what ever questions they have answered. Maybe this will help you everytime i talk about power or how i feel about this speaker the bass the omnidirectional set in this video 90 percent of that feeling is based off the sound and performance this speaker has. With the exception of specs and hook ups ect this video is all based off sound for me. As far as your question i think they are each great and i love jbl. but I definitely feel the Samsung sounds better in this comparison with jbl and is much more powerful and louder not to mention can be used with your Samsung tv in place of a soundbar and sounds excellent. But either way you will get a great product.
