I tried this for something different, and boy was it different! I wasn't sure I was doing all the moves right, despite having done a lot of forms of workouts. Was that a releve or a knee lift? A hip thrust, ab roll, or chest bump? Either way, my heart rate stayed up this whole workout. I will work this in between some strength training and check out Eva's channel for more workouts.

Day 3 : still difficult but i can do it . Day 4: 71.9kg in morning after exercise in evening 71.5kg Day 5 : 71.6kg Day 6: skiped becz of exam preparations. Day 7 : 71.7kgs 6 /11/2020 was 1 week complete and after that i left for 4 days 10/11/2020 i started again Day 8: it was tough becz i gave a gap for diwali shopping and today my weight was 71.5kg Day 9 : 71.1kg Day 10 : 71 .1kg Day 11: same Today 13/11/20 Officially this was my day 14 but stil i m 70.9 kg So almost 1kg 700gm i have losted . But after diwali i will surely be strick and not leave it . Final weight for 2 weeks is 70.9kg . 72.7kg to 70.9kg .
