Also, helping(for money) Mischa Barton with a criminal case does not make you a heroine, or a fighter for women's rights.

@@ebogar42 How does anyone regardless of their gender "deserve" to have sexual material that they didn't consent to the making of seen by the public (or made in the first place). Even if they did consent to make videos or pictures for the private use between the couple, doesn't mean they consent to it being shown to anyone else, not the public and not showing off to a friend for bragging rights.
No Woman or Man deserves that regardless of how difficult the relationship or split. The fact that he was bragging (and possibly showing) to others during the relationship without her knowledge and was basically holding an auction for the tape after the breakup, means this is all on him and shows he's a nasty piece of garbage.

My exes telling me their stories. My female friends telling me their stories. My partner sharing her stories. It's heartbreaking and incredibly enraging at the same time. I hope we can fix this one day. For the time being we all need to continue to fight, to initiate change by being vocal, by being supportive of women in these circumstances, and fighting the behaviours in male culture which create these situations. #metoo is just the beginning. You forgot to mention a lot of this name-calling was done from other women who were opposed to their own right to vote lol.
" Look at the mocking postcards made about women from those years."
How about you look at the actual data we have about it??? Feminists make so many assumptions that annoy me greatly.
1.they assume men didn't have to fight for their right to vote...which is silly because they fought much harder for it as it literally cost quite a lot of lives.
2.they assume it was men vs women...which is wrong because there are documents from back then that show that men were often more likely to support it than women.
3.they assume the right to vote was a self-contained thing at the time which is very wrong...at the time the idea was that the right to vote was associated with certain responsibilities.Feminism wanted SELECTIVE equality not equality.(I would argue feminism at it's core is about selective equality of outcome...aka inequality)
" Feminism isn't the problem, men are."
What If I said "anti-feminism isn't the problem, women are" would you call me a sexist piece of shit on the basis I just implied women are bad?

So we the people don't need/have to make those rulings ourselves. If everyone runs around judging her to be guilty AFTER the court ruled in her favor then what's the point of the court? I was livid, I told him if he did that I would file charges in court. He then said he wouldn't do it and apologised. I was scared for months and even years later I looked just incase because even a threat brought out vulnerability and fear in me.
When I was 28 I found an album containing pictures without my consent (Bathroom taking showers) taken by someone I trusted. A relative I trusted destroyed it to protect him. He never threatened an exposé on a site but I felt sick to my stomach and so violated and still do when I think about it. I considered the perpetrator family. The perpertrator also sexually assaulted me and almost killed me. I have severe PTSD and I still won't take naked pictures of myself to give my partner of 3 and a half years nor let him take any of me, it's all left it's mental and emotion imprint I will have for the rest of my life.

Being strong for ourselves is a long journey when you have gone through any type of violation against your most personal ways, lifting ourselves up and our eyes up to these crimes against us or another person is the only way we can make change, together, #eyesup

The interviewer tries so hard to show compassion it looks forced and fake. She actually gives every answer in her questions so annoying.

Oss Delmar I think I t’s because there is a deeply contradictory verdict she carries as someone who lied her way out of a murder. You’re discerning something and it’s a complete lack of empathy full of self-effacing self-aggrandizement. I know it may seem like those two descriptors don’t belong together until you think about it. Watch micro-expression lie detection videos about her. It’s amazing someone so guilty can get off in this day and age.

      E. Null but what about the poor woman Meredith Kercher whom she murdered? She’s not doing so well.

I wouldn’t suggest asking a cop bc they’re rather ignorant on the nuances of the law, go ask any lawyer. If you willingly send text email a photo of yourself , clothed or naked, to another person it is then their property. You are permitted to do whatever you wish short of making money off it without their consent or permission. If you want you can show who ever you wish, you can print it out and make a 24x36 poster, it belongs to you just like someone gifted you a camera developed picture of themselves

Too bad Kiesha's judge didn't see what she went through as a crime, as well. Both ladies, stay strong!
