Here is a set by set tutorial on how to do a Roller Set on Black Natural Hair, No Heat Required! This is a step by step tutorial!
I re-did the 70’s hair VIRAL TIK TOK challenge! Once I took the rollers out I combed out my curls with a wide tooth comb to get tons a volume, you can do it too!

As long as you don't get it wet roller sets last about a week before they get to saggy just rap in a satin scarf for sleeping to keep them from tangling

You can do this with no heat. I roll mine right after washing. I let it air dry over night. Curls come out beautiful and full of body. I am a 70's girl. That's how we roll. 😅😅😅
How to sleep on hard rollers?
Blow drying is using heat! This can also be achieved without blow drying.
