This makes no sense to me - why place the glasses on the person, when you are simply able to measure the glasses direct, what is the logic? Surely it has to align with the pupil when looking forward, ear height in relation to nose bridge will cause different angles, - very confused

Your right, it looks like she is measuring the angle of side as opposed to the panto, which is going to give a different result
