I built the speedwall in 3 days which was a pretty hectic build! If my calculations are correct, there are 10,856 dominoes in the speedwall (approx 182ft. long), and 12,000 dominoes in the entire setup. Yay for a new (unofficial) world record!

building was actually quite nice. the varation of the vertical and flat domino helps to keep it more interesting, along with the random path. thank you!!!

thank you! technically the walls are not connected! they are built in between each other through the "gaps", so it can fall separately :D

Wow, congrats on breaking the world cross speedwall record. It was truly amazing and incredible. I really like the way you can make a puzzle and a H5 logo out of blue speedwall. That was impressive. Wow, comparing it to other videos of yours where you always made the videos in advance… I'm amazed by the fact that you made this video in less than a week before uploading it, I couldn't imagine doing the construction, editing and voice recording so fast hehe! As always, it's very nice to see the H5 design hidden somewhere in the project and it shows that you do know how to make combinations with the different types of veshie colors, since you launched these dominoes you have made the most of the combination of the existing twelve colors! 😉👍
P.S.: Ahh, and speaking of the colors… I just ordered 120 black and white dominoes a few days ago, and wow, black looks so beautiful on a veshie, now I can say that I already have all the colors that currently exist and I can’t wait for when the next set arrives next year. 😁

Lily you can't do this to me, I just woke up XD. I can't wake up to a notification saying you broke a world record and then seeing nearly 200 feet of speed wall on my screen, it's too early to process that as a college student XD. I will say though, you did a great job with this project! 3 days for a speed wall that big is extremely impressive, and I give you massive props! Plus, I love the use of color with this, only using blue when it was necessary (like for your logo) was a lovely touch! Great job :D

This is amazing! So happy that the whole topple worked all the way. Loved the colour combos in the longest crossing speedwall: neon pink and red, neon orange and yellow, neon green and regular green and dark blue and purple with a bit of white in it. So beautiful! 😍 Also, I loved the part where the black spinning H5/Keep On Building shirt takes the time to topple a few red dominoes. Quite the suspense.

This was amazing. If I hadn't been following this build on your Instagram, I would have been holding my breath the whole time. Including the J5 logo and puzzle piece were nice touches, but I really loved your use of white dominoes against the white wall to make it look like you'd built pyramids.

Awesome speedwall! I loved the colours and shapes. The speedwall is the structure that scares me the most because I’ve had so many fails with them, so I’m genuinely impressed to see one so long.
Thank you! They can be tricky to build but I've devised a mostly fail-safe building technique that makes it a little easier. You'll hear more about it in the BTS video on H5 Domino Community this Saturday. Also, as long as there's a full domino line on the ground, it should always work!

Absolutely AWESOME! How did you d it so that the crosses didn't take down the line being crossed?
the way it's built, the walls are disconnected from each other and built between the "gaps" of the wall. so when one falls, it doesn't topple the one it's being crossed. there's a more detailed explanation of that in my crossing speedwall tutorial in case you're interested =: ua-cam.com/video/Ph7iYXEK_Hw/v-deo.html

I'm shocked that not a single piece that fell bumped into and knocked over any of the other towers. There were no barriers up to protect from this and it looked like most walls had plenty of felled pieces slide right up to them. I'm wondering if the nature of the wall construction naturally prevents single sliding pieces from knocking them down? Like are the walls heavy enough that any piece that slides up to it doesn't have enough energy to displace the wall base pieces? Is that what's going on here
Thanks! Yes, exactly - the wall is heavy enough that a domino that hits it (especially from the bottom) will not be enough to topple the structure. If you look carefully, I also put some extra flat dominoes on the top layer around the crosses, so that it would hold those vertical dominoes in place (those are the ones that are most at risk because there isn't any weight on top of it)

I wish I had that many dominos I only have 1200 but I am geting 1000 more for 2023s easter. And I only build in the kitchen when I'm home alone cause in the kitchen we have straight floor and the the rest of my house I have covers so the moments will fall if I build on that so I build in the kitchen oh that was amazing
