    Hello. 6:30 Why does your pan have these fins underneath? What's the science in this? Thanks for your videos from Brasil!(google tradutor)

    It can boil water, like most alcohol stoves, but can it simmer or do a low heat setting? Which most alcohol stoves can't do as they can't adjust or adjust down enough to maintain a low flame.

    Glad to see you're back! Love the new format. Are you going to publish a build video for this new setup?

      @clkindred  9 років тому

      thanks, I can't post a build video because the building happened so slowly. I will post a design video explaining why it's built the way it is.

    Hey! Glad to see you back clkindred! That's a nice stove you made there. Where were you camping in this video? That ridge seems really familiar...

    Awesome stove, I am impressed. I know how challenging it is to design a good burner, I have built a few myself. I was successful building a miniature gasoline lantern, now I am working on an alcohol one. Any suggestions would be great.....

    now to see if you can fiddle with it to see how it burns other fuels like naphtha or kerosene. would be really interesting to see if a diy "all fuels" stove is doable.
    cheers! and keep up the amazing work!!!

      That's what I was thinking. I've never saw one like it. Really good job. I would like to know how you did it however, I can understand if you keep the design to yourself. Again, really nice.
