Take out the power box to kill the Anti-Thefts! I have a lot of multi S++ soldiers like those, but I didn't create them...I'm 99% sure they were originally save edited in through PS3 and jailbroken PS4s back in the day, and with the way FOB handles captured Staff, they've duplicated over the years (purposefully or not) and are a lot more common now. No worries if you didn't make them, so always grab em if you see em
@FOXZERO237 I honestly don't know all the software and techniques behind it all, I just remember a few years back in some of the FOB communities people were talking about side loading edited saves onto jailbroken Playstations, especially when it came to making all female 'Outer Harems' (as they called it, and *of course* lol). PF and Event Rewards will *never* give out female Staff for some reason, so ANY female Staff Members that are S Rank or higher (aside from Flaming Buffalo) were created intentionally and outside the game itself... that's also why they often have S++ in every/most Units, two or all three medals, and a desirable combat or Rank 3 Skill. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they originated in the PS3 ecosystem and over time with duping (both accidentally through Coring/Retaliations and intentionally with things like Insurance Fraud and simple save backups) they're just peppered around random bases now... Anyway, yeah, definitely had something to do with jailbroken PS3s and PS4s and some piece of software that allowed people to edit their save files to change a bunch of stuff like Staff stats and skills, the amount of currently owned Resources, vehicles, and heavy weapons and other things like that on console save files (check out the details on random profiles in the Top 100 in PF League to see some people with insane amounts of tanks and Walker Gears etc, like 4 or 5 figures of each or even straight up 99999 in some cases) Konami *very* rarely bothered with bans even when FOB was still getting new Grades and updates, I suspect they kind of knew with the way they made the FOB Brig and Retaliations/Rescues work it would've been tough for them to tell without a doubt whether someone was the original editor of an edited FOB, or if they got the super Staff through Fultoning or as the Volunteer reward for coring an edited base (or coring someone who had hit someone who had hit someone who had hit an edited base, y'know?)...it was all very technical, above my head, and kind of impressive to be honest, as it partially used some of Konami's most hated and grindy features and mechanics in FOB against them hah
@@FOXZERO237 It's a modded game, I believe the player uses something called Inifinte Heaven, and changes all his soldiers to women with S++ stats. If you extract them through the fulton system, they change to E staff in your game. Not worth farming that.
That’s weird. Can you even do that on console? I’m playing on PS5. I extracted the girls and they’re still rated maxed out and with all the medals somehow. Looks like it was boosting in some way
@@FOXZERO237 on the console actually have some S++ base, but their appearance very low, as they are always go around with S+ or S rank soldiers and not too many (even they appeared as 75 S++ soldiers in that FOB), about only 2-3 soldiers on each platform if I remember exactly But this dude ? Not only S++ rank soldiers, but they're all maxed out and just only women soldiers go around. Definitely cheating tho
I have the game Metal Gear, but I cannot play in the attack on the headquarters mode, and I cannot find the content that I must download to even play. @@FOXZERO237
You have to complete Mission 23, I believe it is. Once you do that and your mother base is attacked in the storyline, you’ll gain the ability to build a FOB. And with that, you can attack other FOBs like I’m doing here
That’s extremely weird. I don’t know if this will help or not, but maybe pick up the definitive edition of the game? I believe it comes with everything already on the disc / in the file. I could be mistaken on that though.

How would they be save edited? I’m out of the loop on these things, I guess. But I didn’t think there was a way to trick the console versions

Dude has ONLY S++ staff. And majority are women. Seems confusing to me. Thought that was only possible via the Infinite Heaven on PC
